I have just started so its early days, but I have just finished my back session and usually I hate deadlifts however I could just of gone on and on and on!! so mental results seem to work.... [Applied Nutrition] Alpha-Genesis: Should an estrogen suppresor be taken alomgside this I am using this as a natural test booster rather than a PCT

Hi Mick, it shouldn't be a major problem but any raise in testosterone will inevitably cause a raise in estrogen to balance your body. So there would be no harm in using an estrogen suppressant to ensure no surge in estrogen levels, try using esto supress or ATD alongside the alpha genesis

Alpha-Genesis: Hi, I am wanting to do a cycle of SD matrix and wanted to know could i use alpha genesis instead of androbolix as PCT
With the SD Matrix i will be using milk thistle..
As PCT i would use alpha genesis and Formadrol Extreme.. is this good enough for PCT
I owuld get esto supress but alpha gensis blocks estrogen doesnt it

Alpha genesis and formadrol extreme would provide an excellent PCT and a suitable enough PCT for after a course of sd matrix.
esto supress does remain our most powerful anti-estorgen however as it blocks the receptor site estrogen binds to, thus estrogen all though still in the body becomes near useless as it cannot do anything without transferring its message across. Through some creatine into your PCT to help maintain elevated strength whilst your natural hormonal system re-balances, sd matrix gives you savage gains in strength so once you start your PCT to help maintain this freaky strength harness some creatine

Applied Nutrition Alpha-Genesis: Hi, would this still have the full effect if im using fat burners aswell or would it have an adverse effect. im trying to get rid of excess fat while still building muscle mass, was just wondering thank you.

Doing both simultaneously is very difficult, building more mass requires more calories then your body requires for all of its usual activities so the excess energy can be harnessed to build more muscle. Losing bodyfat requires the opposite, you need an overall less amount of calories to burn the stored energy (bodyfat). You can do both at the same time but progression is very slow and the lifestyle it dictates is very strict. try to focus on one goal at a time instead. To answer your question though both can get used at the same time, if anything the alpha genesis will assist fat loss as testosterone (the hormone it is designed to increase levels off) burns bodyfat and greatly assists muscle growth!

Alpha-Genesis [Applied Nutrition]: Hello,started to use this as directed and I started to have a slight nose bleed every morning when waking up.it was definatley this as I stopped using it and no nose bleed.is it thinning my blood I do want to use the rest of it and have though of maybe taking one to two tablets per day instead. But would rather have advice from you guys first.thanks in advance

Nose bleeds are usually a sign of increased blood pressure, aka hypertension. This can be caused by numerous things from a change in your diet, lifestyle or supplement routine. It may not be this however it does sound like hypertension. If you can measure you BP, a healthy BP should be 120/80. If it is considerably higher than this is likely the cause of your nose bleeds. We do stock BP stabil by molecular nutrition which is excellent at reducing blood pressure so would allow you to continue using the alpha genesis if stacked alongside it.

Applied Nutrition Alpha-Genesis: what would be the best/reccomended way to cycle this product

Hi Loz, with it being a natural test booster you wouldn't need a huge amount of time between cycles. I would give your body about a two week break before you used the product again,this will give your body a chance to settle down so the next cycle you do will feel just as good as the first.
