	13/09/2011	Alpha-Genesis: if your not into using pro hormones but want to still get the drive to get the gains you want..... give this a go. I have just started so its early days, but I have just finished my back session and usually I hate deadlifts however I could just of gone on and on and on!! so mental results seem to work.... I ll update the physical at the end of the pot! Tony Giddings

	05/09/2011	[Applied Nutrition] Alpha-Genesis: Thanks for the free bottle to trial this for you guys. Im a fan of DAA anyway, but got great results from this. Id say I could feel the benefits after about 5 days, after a week there was no doubt. Just placed my order for 2 more bottles while im working in Germany. Ill e-mail the review in a week or 2 as promised Dan Wainright

Loz	Question	[Applied Nutrition] Alpha-Genesis: what would be the best/reccomended way to cycle this product
	Answer	Hi Loz, with it being a natural test booster you wouldn't need a huge amount of time between cycles. I would give your body about a two week break before you used the product again,this will give your body a chance to settle down so the next cycle you do will feel just as good as the first.

damian	Question	Alpha-Genesis by Applied Nutrition: i am a swimmer mainly, i do lift weights moderately twice a week. My question is would this be good to increase muscle tone, my stamina and help me lose some fat if not, what would you recommend
	Answer	Hi Damien Yes it would assist you in achieving those goals by utilising your natural endocrine system (hormonal system). Elevating testosterone and reducing estrogen puts your body in the ideal environment to build lean muscle and reduce bodyfat

Owen	Question	Alpha-Genesis [Applied Nutrition]: I have used 17 T by Sci MX, thought it was brilliant. Was also very impressed with Testo DAA. I leave two weeks between cycles of natural Test Boosters and am now using the Aplpha Genisis at night with Boditronics Anabolic Whey in the morning. Will this provide enough DAA to be affective as the alpha genesis states its only 750mg DAA per serving of three capsules. As i understood it you need at least 3g of DAA to really kick start LH production. Also, i am not a massive lifter, more a cross fit type approach, would I benefit from using an estrogen blocker after each cycle or are these sort of products not strong enough to require it. Cheers guys
	Answer	Hi Owen, Alpha Genesis along with the two servings of Anabolic Whey a day will be enough DAA studies where done with between 2-3 g a day. You shouldn't a require an estrogen blocker with the products you are using.

	Answer	Alpha-Genesis will induce a small, healthy increase in estrogen alongside a solid increase in testosterone. This is good as it helps enhance gains.
