	08/02/2012	ShredaBull [Anabolic Designs]: i took shredabull in conjuction with a healthy balanced diet and i got very good weight loss and never suffered any side effects from taking the supplement but never ever take more than u are supposed too david golightly

	09/05/2011	ShredaBull [Anabolic Designs]: i have been taking shredabull for a couple of weeks now and there is definate weight loss and i have had no side effects from taking the supplement would advice starting with just two a day and easing up too three or you may not get to sleep other wise excelent product and worth buyingif dont want to take efederine based products dave golightly

matt	Question	ShredaBull: after a long break from training due to a car accident and subsequent treatment, i m getting myself ready to begin training again. i ve not trained for 32 months. i ve done quite well in keeping off the weight during innactivity, but a boit of puppy fat has accumalated as is to be expected. i m 5 6 and during my training before weight was between 10 stone 8 pounds to 11 stone 2 pounds. bodyfat was at 8 . now i m 11 stone 4 pounds but bodyfat is up. basicly what i m after is a very strong fat burner to kick start me, i ve been recomemnded several different 1 s by friends, wondering your opinion. i think for best legal results i l have to stack... but wondering which products will be best to stack for most effective resluts.. i m going start off with 4 cardio runs a week 5mile a time, with bodyweight exercises and abs. before hitting the weights fully if that helps in your decision. want to shift the fat first.
	Answer	Hi Matt, Take up where you left off with your weight training. It is the best form of fat burning and most challenging way to train. You will also have m uscle memory which will allow you to see faster changes in your body. Stacking stimulant based thermogenics like this with a non-stim based cortisol control agent seems to be popular these days. I've did it myself before. mike m	Question	[Anabolic Designs] ShredaBull: hey, im 17 almost 18 would it be advisable to use this product. and will it have any side effects. i want to loose unwated fat from my lower stomache and chest area whilst keeping and bulding muscle on my legs and arms, is this the best product for me to take to achieve this or would you have any other reccomendations..... first time using this site so abit unsure what to do sorry :)
