Mixed martial arts has become an incredibly popular sport
with a wide range of athletes competing and succeeding in this diverse form of
martial arts.
Some of the most successful fighters specialise or come from an experienced
grappling background. Grappling is a non striking form of martial arts however
modern MMA rules do allow striking a grounded opponent.
With this all in mind Aasta have created a grappling glove thin enough to slide
through tight gaps in your opponents defence allowing you to get a more dominant
position of grip.
Padded areas reduce the impact forces when striking a grounded opponent reduce
the risk of injury to both yourself and your opponent.
The wrap around wrist strap provides an adjustable fit and a thick grip bar
makes striking more comfortable.
The glove is made of leather for maximum durability and features a raised
section on the wrist to prevent excessive wrist flexion without compromising
range of motion.
