	15/04/2008	Tri-Matrix Evolution: I used this product sometime ago, and everyone on this page is spot on with their reviews, it does do all of the stuff it says, however I experienced some bad side effects, ranging from mild headaches, to tiredness and even a high level of forgetfulness, , being a mechanic I carnet afford to forget to tighten something on someone s car! I would advice to approach with caution, and drink loads of water (Possibly were I slipped up ) Mike

	15/07/2007	Tri-Matrix Evolution by Reflex: Been off the weights for a year or so and this is the first creatine product i've used since getting back into training. I used the original Tri-Matrix and Tri-Matrix V2 and can say this new version compares to both. Been using for a week now an so far s so good, weight and reps both up. The only reason why I haven't given it full marks is that the high caffeine content really gives it a serious kick and can cause nausea so I recommend starting on a half dose and working up over the course of the first w Stu

Will	Question	Tri-Matrix Evolution: hi, if i take this pre workout , then afterglow post workout, is that enough creatine for training days. Also, should i take a dose of this on non training days for the creatine
	Answer	Yes Will, between the two that would certainly be enough creatine for all but the largest individuals and should give maximum creatine saturation.

	Answer	Use Tri-Matrix before training and take 5g of ordinary creatine powder on none training days. For optimal recovery, take 2g of creatine immediately after training if youre really serious about your training

mootyman	Question	Tri-Matrix Evolution: I recently saw a magazine ad promoting the use of tri matrix evolution with Reflex No. I tried this and I have been left feeling really bloated in my stomach and not feeling in any mood to attack the weights.If these two products are taken pre workout how should they taken in terms of times apart and if used together would this effect the dosage.
	Answer	Generally the Tri Matrix would be best used during or post workout when the creatine will be uptaken into your muscles more readily to replenish ATP production. It may be a little too much combining them together. There is unlikely to be a major interaction but you are probably simply piling too many sugars and stimulants for your digestion to cope with. You'll likely need about 30 to 45 minutes between the doses to allow initial digestion to clear the stomach and not interfere. The ideal strategy would be to take the NO product 30 minutes before training and then sip the Tri Matrix during your workout and aim to finish it just after training. You can then use a protein or recovery drink in the hour after training if this is part of your usual regime. Both products should digest quite quickly but some people will find that the caffeine dose in NO products doesn't sit well with a lot of dextrose.
