	22/05/2011	Serious Mass: I think serious mass is good protein. I take 1 scoop in the morning and it keeps me 4-5 hours. I think that I am foul of energy. The same also happens before my exercise in the afternoon. Chocolate is very very nice but Straw is not so good. Nick
