I have just bought Reflex Diet Protein and was wondering when the best time to have it is I currently go to the gym 3 times a week with a mixture of Cardio and Weights, I have a few pounds to loose and then would like to maintain the weight and create deifnition (not bulk up) is it better to have the shake before or after the gym or both Thanks |

hi emma you can take it after and before but after training it is better to take in some fast acting carbs as this will help you recover better so i would take it before you train and then have some protein with a banana after you train . |

Question |
Have used Maximuscle Promax Diet protein shake for about 18months now. Excellent diet and workout routine just looking to maybe shake things up to get rid of the very last stubborn bit of fat by maybe changing product. Have recently added Lean Xtreme so fingers crossed that will help too. So looking to maybe change from Maximuscle to Relex Diet Protein shakes but see the calories in this are considerably more than my current shake. Advice please |

Answer |
Reflex's Diet Protein actually contains less gram for gram calorie wise than Promax Diet. I think it's a fantastic product you can't go wrong with. I'm a big advocate of it. |

Question |
Hi guys, My main goal is increase lean muscle mass whilst primarily losing body fat and achieving an overall more toned figure. I m currently using Instand Whey in the morning and postworkout. I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to use the diet protein in the morning and instant whey aftet workout instead Also, my main question relates to the green tea extract indgredient. Do you know how much caffeine content might be present per serving (e.g. in relation to cups of green tea or coffee) as I have a fairly low tolerance for caffeine and this was my only concern with this product, which otherwise seems great. Thanks for any help in advance |

Answer |
Hi Marco,
The green tea content isn't really enough to give severe jitters of any sort. I would simply assess your tolerance with 1 serving daily before moving to two if necessary. Regardless, if you were to substitute the Diet Protein for Instant Whey of a morning, it would only have a positive effect on fat loss during this period, and would also not adversely effect your sleep in any way. |
