	Answer	Hi Nynny It is not advisable for women to take testosterone boosting supplements as they usually encourage the maximum production of the male sex hormone testosterone. However if you are seeking increased muscle mass, added strength then perhaps start using ZMA based supplements and work your way up to the much stronger tauro test.

	Answer	Personally, I would save the DAA for a later date as you are already comprehensively covered with good products for elevating natural test levels. This will also prolong effectiveness and your results. I would go onto the Testosterone Powerhouse Stack a month or so after finishing this current batch of supplements.

captin8	Question	HI big fan of tauro test.currently run 4-6 tablets daily for 8 weeks followed by 1-2 week break.would you envisage any long term side affects with this.thanks
	Answer	You should in theory take longer breaks than 1-2 weeks. Whilst there may not be any long term damage, you'll get immune to the ingredients and won't respond as well results wise with consistent use.

	Answer	Yes, use something like Hot Rox or black china labs 35x. These will help mitigate against fat storage after the SD, and will increase the rate of calorie burn. Normally, I would also suggest esto supress for 2 weeks stacked with Tauro Test, which you should use for 4 weeks. This further protects against estrogen bounce after the SD cycle.

	Answer	Well they both try to address the same issue by raising testosterone levels and keeping estrogen levels in check. Androbolix takes an approach of using the strongest known natural test booster at maximum doses. It combines this with the stongest anti estrogen at maximum dosages. Tauro Test use lower levels, but of a very wide array of ingredients to try to get a synergistic effect. Me personally, I have used both, but would tend to sway towards Androbolix. Stack it with ZMA and or Regenerate to optimise sleep and benefit from enhanced recovery and natural growth hormone. Increase creatine intake as elevated testosterone enhances creatine storage. Obviously, both sports supplements will increase libido, drive, focus and appetite, so make sure your traininjg is intense and take a little extra protein
