OK, it froths up like crazy (have to wait a few minutes after mixing to drink it) and tastes slightly grim but that is not really the point is it. It is a good blend of protein sources, and I like the fact that Reflex actually tell you what the blend is, unlike other companies. Nice added extras including digestive enzymes, and I have seen good progress on this. Rich

i love this product, chocolate tastes great! honestly this is what you need during the day, not instant whey, thats surely for beginners compared to this. noticed great definition. best protein supplement out there! chris m
