Hi iv wrote the other comment by chloe this ones a follow up. The 2nd time taking tablets was different to the first i dint need the toilet i was a little hungryer than tbe 1st time
now havent lost any more weight but my stomack iv lost 2inchs in a week. Iv been talking them for over a week now and im so tired but my son not the best sleeper so its a mix and its just catchin up. Iv defo made a difference its just im still as heavy my belly feels like a jelly belly like affter a baby feeling so im trying tonning exercises aswell as my other work outs i do bout 45 on the xbox kinect followed by 4 sets of sit ups 4 sets of crunches 4 sets of reverse crunches. The shop and park nots far but ihave small walks n have small to eat n its healthy. Its giving me that little extra help to shift wat i couldnt alone chloe

The day the cut and burn arrived i weighed 13st11lbs on a 5ft6 frame so im not fat just porky since the biryh of my son. Iv always looked at weight loss tablets n never had the courage to buy them but it wont untill i saw a pic of myself i looked likr an oaf. I order 60 capsual i woke up thursday morning 13st 11lbs after taking 2 capsual 1 in the morning with pint of water 2nd capsual with a pint of water in the afternoon. I was quite worried bout takibg them il admitt i need the toilet wee only every half hour for bout 3 hours but that could be cos im not ust so much water. Dint feel sick no pains no burning like i thought because of the name i haD yogurt for breakfast n a small tea i wont every hungry which makes a change for me. I woke up this morning friday not taking any tablets because its 1 day on 1 day off i thought il weigh my self and i couldnt belive it its not a large amount bt for 1 day of taking them i had lost 3lbs in 1day not bad really i mean by tomorrow morning i could have put it back on i dont no 1st time trying but i did feel more engetic i did 30 min work out aswell im going to keep taking them with healthy eating and exercise and c how it turns out but if u try them remember thing have to be worked for dont sit on ur ass n expect it to happen weight tablets are just to help they dont preform mircles. Brilliant supplement.Helps me loose weight and maintain a healthy weight, and gives me energy! What more could you want from a supplement ) Would reccommend. Rachael
