1) Tastes Great! Never had a protein shake that actually tastes like a milkshake!
2) Really easy to use, no mixing and shaking and washing the mixer bottle after use etc, just shake lightly, open cap and drink, small and fits into gym bag really well, I could get 2/3 bottles of this in the same space I could have of with a mixer bottler
3) Only been using for about 2 weeks and have seen improvements
Only downside - on the website it states 33g of Protein, yet on the bottle, clearly states 30g. Though 3g of Protein misiing is hardly going to alter anything! Steve

The old Tetra packs with higher calories were far, far better tasting and had much more effect on weight gain if that was your intention. These work just as well to supplement your daily protein intake, though. Phoenix
