did a 6 week cycle of 3 caps a day, defentley hardened up but, come week 4/5 was feeling lethargic and a bit crappy most of the time, also absolutley no strength gains at all will proberely try m14add when it comes bk in stock also am using straight mass now as part of my pct adam
