Great all in one protein which has helped massively when used post workout for my recovery. Very convenient for me too as it has all the essentials i need in each serving - just 2 shakes per day & i m done...perfect. Have used the strawberry flavour so far which tastes fantastic. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good all in one product Eric

Ive used pretty much all of the ALL IN ONE products and this is by far the best, It taste awesome and has more of the essential things like creatine, protein and glutamine than most. I use this pre and post workout, and then Garnell s High Performance protein morning and night, These Are the best lean gains ive had, Thanks Guys. G U GARY UNITT
