The bodyactive shop assistant (manchester) said this was a good weight gain supplement and i can t fault him ! I ve bought this for the past 5-6 months now and will continue to use it due to the great tasting flavours and the results when combined with a good training/diet plan. I d give it a 10/10 if the price was under 50, so i m giving it a 9/10. Matt T
