1. How soon will I get my goods All orders placed before 15:00 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that same day, whilst orders placed after 15:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. For all UK mainland deliveries, we provide a range of options from next day before 9am delivery, to our standard 2-3 day delivery. These options can be selected from the 'Shopping Cart' page For none UK mainland shipment, delivery takes 3-5 working days. In a few, more remote areas, delivery may take a little longer. You should choose your destination country in the 'Shopping Cart' All prices for delivery are shown in the Shopping Cart. There are no further, unexpected charges You can track the status of your order at any time. Click on the 'My Account/Login' button in the top right of any page and enter your email and password. On your account page there is a heading 'Order History'. This will show the status of each of your orders. For any that are shipped, there will be a tracking reference. If you click on this it will take you to our couriers website and you can see where your parcel is, and its expected delivery date. We ship to all BFPO addresses. Any order weighing over 1.5kg will be charged £7.50. Any order under 1.5kg will be shipped free of charge. BFPO shipments are handled by Royal Mail and Parcel Force only. Any order weighing under 1kg, including packaging, can be shipped anywhere in the world for £5.00. This includes all of Europe, the USA and Canada. Orders over this weight will be shipped at the fee shown below. First orders will require proof of identity prior to shipping. This will be conducted via email, but as long as you act promptly, will not delay your goods from being shipped. 5. Do I need to sign for my delivery All deliveries must be signed for by a person inside the delivery address. If the courier can not get a reply, they may try to leave your parcel with a neigbour, so long as they will sign for it. If the courier can not leave your parcel, they will leave a delivery card. This card provides proof for you to be able to collect the goods from a local depo. The card will also contain details on how to arrange a second attept at delivery. If you provide an address at which persons may sign for goods and not pass them on to you, neither ourselves or our couriers can be held responsible. It is your responsibility to provide a secure delivery address. 6. Can I have my goods sent to a different address than my billing address You can have your goods shipped to any address. For your first order we can ship to your billing address or your work place address without further contact from you. However, should you choose a third party address, we will ask for proof of identity by way of a card verification, conducted by e-mail. This may cause up to one days additional shipping time. Once we have shipped goods to you, subsequent orders can be shipped to alternate addresses without further action or delay. 7. Small order handling charge For UK and BFPO orders placed with a value under £30.00 there is a 'small order handling' fee of £1.99. This is shown in the shopping cart, and added to the shipping fee. On placing an order for items of fitness equipment (highlighted in red in your shopping cart) you will receive a standard confirmation e-mail indicating a delivery date. However, we will contact you to make suitable arrangements for your deliver, by phone in the first instance, or by e-mail if we are unable to contact you by phone. Our usual delivery time is around 5-7 working days, but this may take up to 14 days during certain busy periods of the year such as Christmas. If you require fitness equipment to be delivered outside of the UK mainland areas, please contact us to provide a delivery quote. 9. Application of shipping fees During the shopping process you can select the correct shipping destination and option in the 'Shopping Cart'. Where an obviously incorrect option is chosen by the customer, our admin team will correct this for you and adjust your shopping bill accordingly. Where this adjustment is made, we reserve the right to apply the adjustment without further notice so long as this adjustment does not exceed £7.50 (Sterling). Where the adjustment exceeds this amount, we will notify you by email to obtain your agreement to the change in billing amount. Where a shipping quote is requested, we will automatically ship, and adjust the billing amount, where the shipping fee to be applied is £5.00 (Sterling) or less. Where the fee exceeds this amount, we will provide you a quote by email and only take payment and ship goods upon your agreement.
