Dispatch Days and Times (Excluding Equipment)
All orders placed before 13:00 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that same day, whilst orders placed after
13:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on
Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Urgent orders required next day, but placed after 13:00
pm should be placed by telephone, or if placed via the internet, should be
followed up by telephone. We can guarantee next day delivery for orders
placed this way up until 15:00 pm.
Dispatch Days and Times (Fitness Equipment Only)
On placing an order for items of fitness equipment
(highlighted in red in your shopping cart) you will receive a standard
confirmation e-mail indicating a delivery date. However, we will contact you
to make suitable arrangements for your deliver, by phone in the first
instance, or by e-mail if we are unable to contact you by phone.
Our usual delivery time is around 5-7 working days, but
this may take up to 14 days during certain busy periods of the year such as
Christmas.
If you require fitness equipment to be delivered outside
of the UK mainland areas, please contact us to provide a delivery quote.
Receiving your Order
All deliveries are sent via an appropriate courier,
whilst all small items (under 1kg) are dispatched by Royal Mail. All
deliveries must be signed for. If the courier can not get a signature, a
card will be posted through your door for you to arrange a second delivery
or to collect from a local depo.
Delivery Address Options and Special Instructions
You can have your goods delivered to an address
different to the one at which your payment card is registered. However, in
these cases, for your first order you must supply us with a land based
telephone number for the residence at which the card is registered. Our
couriers will only accept a signature from a person within the building at
which the goods are delivered. They will not accept a signature from
someone outside the building.
