Nectar by SynTrax: Would like to get some advise using this syntrax nectar along with sci mentor twister and i am using currently USN multiplex vitamins tablets and dynmatize amino acid tablets and maximuscle zma tablets also using nutrisport l-glutamine tablets. What do you think about this combination, to much too less or do do you adivse me to take something else. currently weighting 13 stone aged 28 and looking to gain weight and strenght. |

They are all good supplements in theory, that can assist with various parts of your training. The overall diet and training itself a big part you don't want to neglect, which I'd pay intense focus to. But yes, they're all very good supplements that will help with varioua aspects. A weight gainer may be more efficient to you instead of the combination of those two proteins - especially since you're already getting a lot of the ingredients you take separately in high dosages from the Twister. |

Also using reflex vitamins and BioRhythm krealkalyn creatine tablets do i need any thing else to maximise my potential of gaining muscle, size and strenght (not fat). I currently weight 12 stone and age 27 and would like to increase this. |

Mojo, there are obviously more advanced things you can add in to maximize size and strength gains with minimal fat storage. A simple addition would be a specific post workout shake to induce rapid muscle recovery and more overall size in a short time frame. Things like Surge, After Glow and Pro Recover are ideal for this unique opportunity after training for a fast absorbed meal. You can also look at things like Big Blue, Morph or Gakic type compounds to maximize strength and performance in each workout.
You don't need these things but they will make a difference in how quickly you progress. |
