GRS-5 Protein System: i didnt really like this protein.. i thought the taste was a bit unpleasant and got a bit of wind on it feeling bloated at times ... i prefer syntha 6 by bsn but my fav protein shake is the whey isolate plus by sci mentor .... if you want a bit more then a protein shake the wholegains by biorythem is amazing but can be a bit expensive .... J |

GRS-5 Protein System by Sci-MX: I bought the 1kg tub which last around 18 days if 2 scoops (one serving size) are taken a day. All you need is one scoop before bed, making it last roughly 36 days, as it is slow-releasing drip feeding your muscles throughout the night and a good quality whey protein like sci-mx 100 whey post workout and you will definitely see results. [Sci-MX] GRS-5 Protein System: A great protein that mixed and tasted good. It gave me great results and is one of the better mixing and tasting proteins I have used, probably 2nd to BSN Syntha-6. I did leave me feeling a little bloated at times but this wasn t a huge problem. Alex |

Sci-MX GRS-5 Protein System: I hate protein shakes with water, but this is awesome, makes a nice thick, creamy shake..i had strawberry..reminds me of CNP Pro Mr..but nicer...plus it has a great list of ingredients..will buy this again when i run out LightWeightBaby! |

[Sci-MX] GRS-5 Protein System: I bought Mass System a while back but it has been making me really fat instead of just bigger despite taking half servings! So I figure I need a low carb-high protein shake, which I would take definately before bed and maybe for one other meal throughout the day (and maybe take a half serving of mass system post-workout). Does that sound like a good plan or would you recommend any other products that would do the job better Especially becuase it s so freaking expensive. Thanks. |

I think your plan is definitely an intelligent option as the calories from mass system would be utilized better in the post workout period. You would definitely benefit from reducing the carbs if you feel as though you have too many in your diet, but remember to maintain a high protein content if your goal is to add muscular size. |

GRS-5 Protein System: a guy reccomended this protein as its the best protein around..he did have a sci-mx t-shirt on tho..i was looking at afterglow for recovery, so is this the best one to take before bed and throughout the day, and her also said to use sci-mx CLA to drop bo odyfat any opinions on this or other products, thanks |

Recommended Use:
