[Solgar] VM2000 Multi Nutrient: If you train, you need a quality vitamin-mineral blend as an insurance policy. Solgar make the best. Stick with it. Doesn't make you massive but if you get severely ill from lack of nutrients you can't train. Recommend to anyone who wants to stay healthy y. Paul |

Different times is recommended with multi-vitamins, Olie. This way you absorb the vitamins better. |

VM2000 Multi Nutrient [Solgar]: hi, was just wondering how big these tablets are have difficulty swallowing tablets so the smaller the better maybe i could cut them into smaller pieces or what about dorian yates max nutrition, would that substitute a multi vitamin mineral i can only take really small capsules! thanks |

Hi sam the Solgar tablets are quite large, not ridiculously but perhaps too much if you have trouble. The Reflex Nexgen capsules however are a quality multi-vitamin/mineral/anti-oxidant blend and they come as small capsules not much bigger than a long grain of rice so they could be an option for you. |
