Andy	Question	Zinc Matrix [Reflex]: Just a quick question.......is it possible to contuinually take this supplement Im coming to the end of my first bottle and my sleep and rest patterns have been improved with this. As im training 6 days a week I dotn really want to affect my sleep/rest periods so would it be a good idea to get some more and suppliment continually like with multi vits
	Answer	Hi Andy you will be fine to take this as long as you want to as it contains nothing that you would need to have a rest from taking , just the same as your multi vits you can take this all the time.....hope this helps !!
