Debs	Question	Sida Cordifolia [Reflex]: Hello I am 58 and do not exercise every day, probably only 3 times a week for 1/2 hour sessions. Will this product help me with my diet to lose weight and gain energy. Is it safe to take with thyroxine and prazole medication
	Answer	Hi Debs, unfortuately i could not guarantee this would be safe to take with other medication. You would need to speak with your doctor before using this product to ensure it is safe to take alongside your medication.

	Answer	3-4 capsules daily should be sufficient. The dosing is fairly irrelevant; as long as you get them into your body.
