	22/11/2007	Reflex Sida Cordifolia: I have read some very good recommendations from different websites on sida, so I thought they must be good. NOT TRUE. The ingredients should perform like a herbal ECA stack but after 15 days nothing. No increased heart rate, no jitters, no extra energy. Save the 20 and get some caffeine tabs and neck those before the gym instead!!! Big Andy
	22/11/2007	Sida Cordifolia [Reflex]: Arrived just over a week ago, started out with a small dose just 2 caps and felt nothing. As I very rarely drink caffeine I thought that I would feel the effects more . Wrong. Next day 3 caps with no effect, day 3 was four caps and still nothing. I can tthrow these things down my neck all day long like skittles and they do nothing. Occasionally when I burp I get a bad taste in my mouth but no results. Waste of money! chris field

	Answer	Debbie, the stack you are taking contains a large amount of stimulants, so it can take a few days to get used to any stimulant pill, however, if you feel extremely tired you may not be suitable for the caffeine type effect, it s very unusual for anyone tto have less energy. This may represent a medical condition you should check out.
