Sida Cordifolia: I have used it now for four weeks, it gave me lots of energy. About appetite - it has increased as usaul andthis capsules make me really thirsty like fish-i drink lots of water. No results of fat lose. No side effects yet but did feel little shakes and over energised some times. Overall i would give 3/10 only because it does provide the energy but all other promises made by the supplement didnt work on me. I would not buy or recommend this again naval

3-4 capsules daily should be sufficient. The dosing is fairly irrelevant; as long as you get them into your body.

Hi Jason unfortunately this product is actually made with a gelatin capsule , a good gelatin free fat burner how ever would be thermobol by maximuscle.....hope this helps

Sida Cordifolia [Reflex]: I am taking this together with reflex l-carnitine and ALRI Venoms. I have started out taking 1 sida cordifolia before breakfast and 1 before lunch then I have 1 Venom before training. Is this too much

I am also taking L-Carnitine with every meal (up to a max of 3 per day).

Can you advise if this is suitable Trainign regime is 4 weaight sessions per week, each followed by medium intestity cardio for 45 minutes.
