Creapure Creatine: First time useing reflex and creatine when you first taste it you dont expect that kick and tingle on the tounge ) to be hontest i like it. Its bit hard to shake and makes you dehaydrated for the first few servings but when your body is used to it your e fine ) on my 2nd day of loading phrase and feel quite leaner and i pushed out few more reps today on my workout will report back after loading phrase so far so good! ) Harry

Creapure Creatine: hello, I ve done months of research to find the best creatine out there. so far this is reommended. but the question is im an endomorph and im 260 lbs. would this creatine be any good to help me get my flabby body into shape. also is there any specific time for when i should see a change in shape. or is that just down to my workout

Reflex's monhydrate is an excellent product, so well done on your research. Creatine is an excellent product to use whilst dieting down as it increases strength and can maintain lean body mass composition while being in a calorie surplus.

You could also look at a fat burner as a possible way of elevating your metabolic rate and improving results. Try BioRhythm's UltraLean FX or something similar.

Although will i find any decreases in strength or muscle size after coming of creatine, and also what would be a good product to have that is similar effect to creatine to take for my four weeks off creatine. thanks

Michael you do not really need to cycle on or off creatine despite some rather old fashioned rumours to the contrary. These days most people stay on creatine year round as it is the safest and most effective supplement on the market. Once you stop using the effects slowly diminish and simply restart once you start using again. There really isn't a competitior to creatine so if you want the same effects I'd simply keep using it.

Creapure Creatine: Would I notice a difference adding an extra scoop to my pre workout peptide fusion which would make two scoops. I take afterglow after and understand this has about two scoops in it. Im 6ft 2 and 14.5 stone im guessing body size does make a difference to the amount needed.

David, absolutely! Your bodyweight, and digestive competence all make a difference. It also would be dependent on the rest of your diet and nutritional program. If you feel you need a very high level of dietary protein from a supplement, over food, then yes, increase your dosage as required.

Creapure Creatine: I use peptide fusion twice a day and after glow after training at the moment and also add a serving of creatine into my pre workout shake. Im interested to know exactly what extra benefit this creatine in my shake gives me if any. Cheers.

Owen, the creatine used pre workout offers a major increase in ATP-PC energy which is the primary fuel used inside muscles during short (sub 20 second) explosive work. This is hard to judge exactly but it may be the difference between failing on 7 reps and being able to reach say 10 reps in good form. Obviously this means improved growth and strength. The extra creatine can also improve neurological function which means less nervous system fatigue. And a build up of nervous fatigue is what usually causes most people's progress to come to a crashing halt. Creatine is a cheap but highly effective edge in your training regime and is probably the single most effective addition to your workout shakes in terms of cost versus benefit.
