	09/06/2008	NOS Fusion [Reflex]: Just had a go with this NOS fusion! didnt notice much difference on my work out but may just be because its my first time! I had the fruity punch and it tasted really bad i dont recommend that you try this one! The lemon and orange may be a better bet Calum Graham

	08/04/2008	NOS Fusion by Reflex: I like Reflex products, like their proteins, the flavours are a bit weak but just drink it! It worked a lot better than NO Xplode for me and is better value. It s not got a real kick but this isn t just a caffeine drink like some, you actually see pumps and vascularity. Phillip L

mootyman	Question	NOS Fusion by Reflex: the write up for NO products appear to be similar to Creatine products. Can NO be taken instead of Creatine and is it any better or should it be used in conjunction with a Creatine product
	Answer	NO Products directly increase the blood volume and pump and can speed recovery by delivering nutrients to sore muscles faster whereas creatine actually produces more of the ATP fuel that allows explosive movements allowing more reps and subsequent growth h. They can be used together but do not really replace each other.
