Reflex CLA: i am on a calorie restricted diet and have just started to take cla i also take 3 omega 3,6,9 caps a day which is what the consumer recomends, is this too many good fats for a calorie resticted diet and do you know how many calories are in 2 caps of cla |

This is a good basic minimum actually George. Healthy fats can make up to 40 percent of an extreme fat loss diet in some cases and many grams are fine. Around 3 to 5 grams should be used daily just to ensure basic essential health needs. CLA is a specialist fat in that it is neither essential nor just an energy source but has positive benefits unique to it's fatty acid structure. All fats contain 9 calories per gram, so there will be approximately 13.5 calories in 2 caps. |
