100% Whey Conc by ProLab: hey how does this supplement compare to sci-mx 100 whey and biorhythms whole gains
in mroe general more concentration is better or am i wrong are they big scoops which would you say si best i thought it was biorhythm but looking at the other stats of the other sports supplements i am not sure anymore please help or is there a better protein

Tim this is quite different to the Biorhhythm Whole Gains and closer to the Sci-Mx 100 Whey. The Whole Gains is not just a protein only shake but has a variety of slow release whole grains for fiber and energy and a variety of other vitamins, minerals and minor micro nutrients. It's closer to a whole meal in a shake than a pure protein supplement. This product is designed to add a very pure whey only boost which is suitable for post workout shakes or for adding to other meals for those needing additional protein but without extra calories or carbohydrates.

It really depends on your goals and your current nutrition. If you eat plenty of meals but need more protein per day you may prefer a simple low calorie protein only shake such as this, 100 whey or blends such as Peptide Fusion, Pro peptide etc. This is especially useful when dieting for fat loss when extra calories are less essential. Whole gains and other 'meal replacement' type sports supplements may be more suitable for you if you don't eat many meals per day and need to gain muscle mass and strength more than fat loss.
