Whether you like it or not it's a staple part of your training. Ramzi, there are actually a few different ways of dividing their use up, depending on your normal meal schedule and your goals. If you think of the Progain as a complete meal in itself, while the Isolate is more of a protein supplement to help you reach your protein intake each day without eating endless amounts of meat and dairy.

If your primary goal is mass gain, I'd recommend using the Progain early in the day, between breakfast and lunch, and then again AFTER a workout to refuel your muscles. The Isolate can either be added to a regular meal to boost its protein (just drink it alongside) or can be used as a protein snack if you feel hungry between meals. It is also very useful before a workout to protect muscle tissue and also later in the day when you don't want to eat heavy calorie foods to avoid fat gain.

This is not the only method but it is a useful approach for maximizing muscle gains but keeping fat gain low.

Whey Protein Isolate [NutriSport]: If you are on a budget could you use this to make your own homemade weight gainer like 50g of this 100g oats and some flaxseed powder would this be a decent weight gainer You could use a coffee grinder to make the oats fine and to grind flaxseeds into powder.

That sounds very sensible James. High quality oats are a great source of slow release carbohydrates and they contain a variety of fibres which make them useful. Along with the flaxseeds a good bulk whey protein should add up to a decent concoction. It may be a little messy and might not bind together fantastically but for a budget option it certainly makes sense. Just remember not to grind the flaxseeds ahead of time as once ground they will go rancid within about 8 hours so keep this part to a daily routine.
