Protein + Complex Carbohydrates: I play ice-hockey and I've used this mainly as an after-training supplement... It seems to help my body settle down much quicker after I come off of the ice. I don't think it added any weight as such, but that's not what I've used it for. Although I'm noow in the bulking up process for next season so I'll give it a whirl. Willis |

Protein + Complex Carbohydrates by NutriSport: I am not completely convinced with this stuff yet. I definitely think for it to be most effective, you need to add an extra scoop of pure protein. As far as taste is concerned, I think it's pretty good. Rich C |

Protein + Complex Carbohydrates by NutriSport: I think I'll correct what I said earlier... it may not have worked a great deal when I used it, but it probably stopped me from becoming more skinny. It fed my body the high calories and now I can gain weight and lean mass faster with the help of other pprotein. May try again if I'm on a budget Mike |

NutriSport Protein + Complex Carbohydrates: it tastes good, but I don't care how cheap it is, if it doesn't do anything its useless. Didn't gain any weight, I ate well and went to the gym a lot. Started using 3 x 100g servings a day and eventually gained about 2lbs. Not recommended. Sam |

Protein + Complex Carbohydrates: All my weight gained was temporary. it all goes overnight (mostly). I have been eating right and working out right. it doesn't do much for muscle or size. it may be a big tub but you'll have to use 300g a day if you want any real improvement, at which wiill be not much cheaper than better brands like maximuscle.
