Protein + Complex Carbohydrates by NutriSport: Good value for money and already gained a couple of pounds in just over a week. Taste isnt that bad to be honest, ive tasted worse.. Downside is I consider my stomach to never get upset ,but this stuff has had me running to the toilet. Marcus |

[NutriSport] Protein + Complex Carbohydrates: Really surprised by some of the comments here as I found the taste and texture really terrible. Never finished the tub because of this so cant really comment if it works. I can however recommend Applied Nutrition Critical Mass, it tastes much better and I ve had some pretty decent gains Chris |

NutriSport Protein + Complex Carbohydrates: Comparing this all in one to the 90+ product (which I have been using for ages) a 100g serving of the 90+ gives you 86g of protein when a 100g serving of this gives you only 35g of protein. This means that this product has around 2-3 times less protein than the 90+ but loads of carbs What is is product better for in comparison to the 90+, cheers in advance, Les |

It's all dependant on your goals Les. Obviously this product is more of a weight gainer than 90+, so if you wanted the extra calories, it may well be a better solution. If you were looking to maintain weight or maybe lose fat, then it's bes to choose solely a protein in order to control calories more. |

Protein + Complex Carbohydrates: I ve been using Nutrisport 90+ for a while now buying 5kg tubs, thought I would give this a try for a change and ordered the 5kg tub but its a much smaller tub and appears to be much less of it
Also realised the protein level is around half of the 90+ so whats teh advantage of teh all in one |
