[NutriSport] Glutamine: For the best price for 500g of glutimine on your site but hows the quailty of the product compared to the top brands such as reflex, and also is this product micronized and are all the glutimines micronized anyway |

Not all glutamines are micronized. Nutrisport have a reputation for outstanding quality however and being extremely cost effective. |

Glutamine definitely assists in weight loss, this is true. It's an excellent tool for recovery and will help improve your immunse system, also. It would also be recommended whilst using those sports supplements to prevent muscle breakdown from the use of heavy stimulants.
I'd look into something like After Glow for post workout as well, as this contains an extremely high content of glutamine as well as other essential BCAA's for recovery and repair. |

You certainly can Dave. Glutamine can be added to any weight gain or protein shake or taken in another beverage if you wish. The ideal times for this are pre or post workout shakes and meals close to bed. |
