They are very big tablets shayne, but its just a case of a big mouth full of water and get it down you unfortunately. You could however crush the tablet into a drink jsut like you do with the powder! |

They both work out about the same gdawg. It's more about how you find it easiest to take them. Some people prefer mixing up creatine with other drinks, others prefer to use tablets as its less messy and easier to carry with you. |

tjr, if you wish to load creatine you will generally find 20grams a day for normal sized athletes and up to 30 grams a day for larger athletes is recommended. This would be 20 to 30 tablets per day in four divided doses. Please note however that creatine loading is NOT strictly neccesary for everyone. Some people react to it well for a week or two but you will still get the benefits from creatine at 3 to 5 grams per day although it will take longer to reach peak levels without loading. Some people prefer this slow build up approach however. Please note that if you do load, a week or two maximum is the preferred period before turning to a low maintenance dose. |

Anthony creatine can help improve workouts by allowing extra explosive energy which does have a place in fat loss however it is not the primary supplement for this. Initially look at a diet heavier in protein from food and shakes with lower carbs and hea althy fats with the addition of a diet fat burner such as Synthrolean, Andrenalean, Thermobol etc. |

Michael creatine is not harmful or in any way going to cause adverse effects used in correct dosage and when you stay properly hydrated. If you are working out regularly or competing in a lot of sport you will gain a natural advantage with creatine. Plea ase ensure your diet is on form with plenty of quality protein adequate calories and healthy fats with plenty of veg as this is the main foundation. Creatine is the next level to boost your workouts but would be wasted on a poor incomplete diet. |
