Creatine Monohydrate - The fuel source for explosive muscular contractions. Develop your power, speed and muscle growth with the longest standing, most famous and used sports supplement of all sporting endeavours.
Manufactured by NutriSport, a North West UK based company, who are one of the
largest independent sports nutrition manufacturers in Europe.
Creatine is the energy fuel for all sports that involve speed or power. A
small quantity is produced naturally in the body, and some is found in red meat
and fish (not vegetables). Increasing the amount of creatine in the muscles,
through supplementation, will allow you to train/compete for longer. Taking
creatine leads to increased endurance and lean muscle mass.
Ideal for any athlete aiming to increase body mass, lean muscle, speed, power
and strength.

Creatine Powder: I ve finished the course of this and will most certainly be buying again. Its a fine addition to my 90+ protein shake that will give me something akin to Maximuscle Cyclone at a fraction of the cost - and probably better results too. No noticeable gains in sixe but thats absolutely fine as I box and wouldnt benefit from superficial muscle. However the strength gains were noticeable for sure. Highly recommended. Richard |

NutriSport Creatine Powder: I m really pleased with this particular purchase. I use this in a number of ways and it s definitely helped with gains in strength and to a lesser degree pumps and the feeling of muscle fullness. I take a serving (4-5g) of this in Nutrisport s Energy Boost 4 1 during/post workout or I ll have a serving in 90+ shake - which is normally a non-workout day. Richard |

Beginner supplements we usually recommend tend to be creatie and a basic protein powder; try instant whey by Reflex. |

Question |
Creatine Powder [NutriSport]: Guys. Would taking this as well as a Nitric Oxide supplement be Creatine overkill I was thinking of using Superpump 250 as directed pre-workout and having a crafty 5g dose of the Monohydrate powder in a protein shake post-workout. I did a little reading on Nutrisports own brand and it always seems to score highly in reviews - plus it s really cost-effective! I didn t want to go through a huge loading phase as huge gains aren t my goal, though I know I could benefit from added strength for Boxing. I was thinking of simply taking the top-up doses. Thanks. |
|
Answer |
yes that would be ok. just make sure you take in plenty of water whilst doing so. let us know of your results |

Question |
NutriSport Creatine Powder: Hi Guys. Next week I m gonna stock up. I m buying British and going with a stack of Nutrisport supplements. They ve all been rated quite solidly which suggests that they definitely work. Included in this is the Creatine Monohydrate powder which seems like excellent value for the amount you get. I also want to get a Nitric Oxide supplement - Superpump 250 - and wondered whether or not this would be Creatine overkill ... My thinking was to use the NO product on days of intesnse training and use the Monohydrate as a 5g serving post workout in a shake. I should also point out that I am not looking for increased size but would be happy for a little added stregth for Boxing. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks. |
|
Answer |
Well I cant fault your approach.
just ensure that, for cost effectiveness, you dont go over 10g creatine per day |

Question |
[NutriSport] Creatine Powder: Hi, i have tryed a similar creatine supplement to this but after four weeks i have not gained to much strength or size. Could i take anything with this product for any good results |
|
Answer |
Pure creatine is not too expensive, so make sure you use a respected brand to ensure you are getting what you expect.
Next, Creatine is best absorbed in a fruit juice like cranberry, diluted to arond 20oz of liquid to speed stomach emptying.
Finally, always take 5g of creatine within an hour of training. Aim for a total of 5-10g per day for 4 to 6 weeks.
You get best results from creatine when you increase the amount of water you drink through the day. Add a little extra carbs and protein to your diet.
In addition, as creatine boosts strength levels, ensure you are pushing for max weights in the 6-9 rep range, and ensure you add a small amount of weight to the bar at every workout. |
