Creatine Powder by NutriSport: I ve finished the course of this and will most certainly be buying again. Its a fine addition to my 90+ protein shake that will give me something akin to Maximuscle Cyclone at a fraction of the cost - and probably better results too. No noticeable gains in sixe but thats absolutely fine as I box and wouldnt benefit from superficial muscle. However the strength gains were noticeable for sure. Highly recommended. Richard |
