Hi Matt, any protein supplement can be used to add lean muscle dependant on your overall diet / caloies in vs out.

Try critical mass 2700 if you really struggle with mass, or Reflex instant mass if you tend to store bodyfat.

You can also add Androbolix to help raise your testosterone level, which encourages a bigger appetite and improved protein utilisation and hence muscle storage

Jin, although there are no stated ingredients in this formula which are not suitable for Vegetarian or Muslim dietary restrictions MuscleTech will not officially state this and so we cannot guarantee it without their certification. Both are good products but given the bigger bags of Whey Gold Standard work out a lot more economical we'd suggest that simply on cost for the moment.

Neil Muscle Tech make quality products but they don't really do themselves a lot of favours with the super hype quality of their advertising. Yes there are differences in protein quality that will make a difference but there is no magic protein that will put on vast quantities more muscle than others. If you go for the Nitrotech you get a good quality blend that tastes good and does the job but in all honesty the three brand that offer their proteins up to closest lab scrutiny for quality and label claims are the Reflex Peptide Fusion, the CNP Pro Peptide and the Maximuscle ProMax. None of these probably taste as good as the Nitrotech but taste is an individual thing but in terms of guaranteed quality and price they are probably the leaders. Yes you do generally get what you pay for but there are also occasions when the best product is not the absolute most expensive. Just our honest assessment!
