	20/08/2011	Nitrotech Hardcore [MuscleTech]: Not a bad powder but unbelievably sweet - God only knows why they have to put so many sweeteners in it! Watch out on the weight too - was suppsoed to me 1800g but when arrived it weighed 1720g - IN the tub, so I reckon I lost at least 100g. No way that is due to settlement in transit . WIll go back to PHD Pharmawhey after this - much better value and nicer tasting. DFW

	Answer	Hi Matt, any protein supplement can be used to add lean muscle dependant on your overall diet / caloies in vs out.

	Answer	Try critical mass 2700 if you really struggle with mass, or Reflex instant mass if you tend to store bodyfat. You can also add Androbolix to help raise your testosterone level, which encourages a bigger appetite and improved protein utilisation and hence muscle storage

	Answer	Jin, although there are no stated ingredients in this formula which are not suitable for Vegetarian or Muslim dietary restrictions MuscleTech will not officially state this and so we cannot guarantee it without their certification. Sports supplements such as Vegan 90+ are confirmed to have no animal derivatives of any kind if you need an absolute guarantee.
