Taste isn t too bad, there not as bad as people make out, rather sweet at first but easy to drink. The key is to drink one scoop three times a day, worked for me Kris

Kris	Question	Supreme Whey: Im taking this 3 times a day, but im just curious, on training days, would it be best to spread it out through the day, say one in morn, one before and after training OR just one before training then two scoops after training Which would work better, or r does it not make a difference
	Answer	You should try and keep a high protein level steady and constant throughout the day to retain a positive nitrogen balance. Aim to feed your body protein from either food, or a protein shake, every couple of hours, before and after training. So divided do oses usually make more sense.
