Met-Rx is highly regarded as a long standing product in the bodybuilding community. This was the high quality meal replacement that started the trend and created two massive companies -Met-Rx and EAS in a roundabout way. Excellent MRP.

Manufactured for Met-Rx, an American company that rocketed to success with the launch of it's meal replacement supplement. Met-RX is one of the most famous meal replacement powders available on the market.

It was the brainchild of Doctor Scott Connelly and Bill Philips and has long been setting the standard of meal replacement powders. A firm favourite amongst athletes.

	Answer	Thats a tough one, as they are not comparable sports supplements. My own recommendation is that all in one sports supplements like Synergy are best used for breaking barriers, be it sticking points in gaining weight or sticking points in strength. If you use periodised training, then Synergy is great during maximal intensity periods. MetRx is a great day in day out supplement for people who need extra protein and are making good steady progress. MetRx is also better if your trying to build or maintain whilst keeping bodyfat low or reducing bodyfat levels.
