Met-Rx [Met-Rx]: Good as a meal in the morning or straight after a work-out or part of body-building diet . Everyone knows Met-Rx is the best, but you do pay for it in the price. I would recommend it. Tastes nice as well, but is a bit thick when taken with milk Pedro |

Thats a tough one, as they are not comparable products.
My own recommendation is that all in one products like Synergy are best used for breaking barriers, be it sticking points in gaining weight or sticking points in strength.
If you use periodised training, then Synergy is great during maximal intensity periods.
MetRx is a great day in day out supplement for people who need extra protein and are making good steady progress.
MetRx is also better if your trying to build or maintain whilst keeping bodyfat low or reducing bodyfat levels. |
