	20/07/2007	MaxiMuscle ZMA: tried zma... didn't notice anything special but the problem is I coouldn't take it with my bed-time milk supplement or else it would be useless, so I had to just skip it and take it the next day a good half hour before I drank the milk but I kept forgett ting and the tub lasted me too long... Mike

	05/05/2007	MaxiMuscle ZMA: Stupidly, I tried this product leading up to my exams because I thought it would help me sleep better... and it does but I'm starting to get like 13 hours of sleep a day on weekends and still be a bit sleepy when I get up... will post later if I notice a any help with muslce growth Mike

	Answer	Sounds good. Take the ZMA first with a large glass of water. Taking protein an hour later will not affect the ZMA at all

	Answer	The big three are Maximuscle, Biotest and Reflex. All of these are excellent quality and come in at correct doses for athletes. These also use the best blends of zinc and chelated minerals to ensure absorption. Some people find one or the other digests b better for them personally but these three brands are ultra-high tested and always hit label claims.
