[MaxiMuscle] Promax Extreme: Very expensive - I buy it online here to save a few quid. At Argos and in shop it costs a fortune. I justify it by saying if you re gonna put your body through stress and training to build up, you might as well not be a cheapskate seeing how much effort you re putting in anyway. Compared to regular Promax this is much better - you can see the results quicker, I suppose that s why you pay for it. I even take a load of this when abroad for the last couple of years. Tried reflex stuff and it just didn t have the same effect. Tastes ok at fiirst, but weeks later makes you feel sick when thinking about taking it, in fact it becomes chore ! Vanilla you can just woof down and bear it in the long term. Mixes well too shuhel |

Question |
[MaxiMuscle] Promax Extreme: hi i used to use cyclone on a regular basis and really did see results but recently (in the past 9 months) i let my self slip stopped goin gym now and lost my six pack and put at least a stone on or so.i am now back to my training regime but been looking at other protein supplements and come across promax extreme would this be better to use then cyclone to build up again and lose the excessive weight thanks ant |
|
Answer |
Cyclone is an all in one supplement, and one of the best of them at that.
Promax Extreme is a protein powder, so does one of the jobs that Cyclone used to do, but not all of them.
However, for losing bodyfat it may be better. Eat 4 small meals a day, high in protein, moderate in carbs and low in fats. Take 2 protein shakes per day and monitor progress for a month.

Question |
MaxiMuscle Promax Extreme: Hi, i m 17 and go to the gym around four times a week. I m trying to gain lean muscle mass with minimal fat gain for a toned-up, healthy looking body. Would promax extreme help me achieve these goals much better than normal promax Thanks, Harry. |
|
Answer |
Harry, the promax extreme contains the same protein shake base as the regular promax but contains som extra ingredients that help your body retain more nitrogen, which in turn means a better ability to build muscle and keep it on during the stressful high training periods required to elicit a training response. It's difficult to say exactly how much better the extreme version will be for you personally but we'd expect you could get anywhere between 5 and 15 percent more lean muscle over the same period of use as the regular version and you are also less likely to store fat while doing so. If you can afford to use the Extreme version regularly it is generally worth it for the extra edge it gives you. |

Question |
MaxiMuscle Promax Extreme: hello there, i am 18 and i have recently managed to slim out, of course doing this i have lost power in the gym and about 8kg off bench, will promax extreme help me get the power back while staying lean |
|
Answer |
It's a good start John. Obviously a high protein intake is essential to maintain and improve muscle tissue, the other advantage to high quality protein is that it is extremely difficult for the body to store it as bodyfat. If you alter your overall diet to have a higher intake of protein and healthy fats, with plenty of veg and avoid too many starchy carbs like potatoes and pasta and you'll find you'll be able to still build muscle and maintain strength but without storing excess body fat. Obviously some carbs are needed if you're trying to grow larger, but it's better to do this slowly, with minimal fat gain, than pile weight on with too much blubber along with the solid dense muscle tissue.
Promax Extreme offers you a pretty wide ranging set of natural muscle and strength boosting supplements along with a large meal sized dose of quality protein. You can also look at adding extra creatine and beta alanine containing supplements for extra workout strength and power without affecting your food intake. |

Question |
[MaxiMuscle] Promax Extreme: Thanks for the response - much appreciated. I must admit I like the sound of no-hassle , so will be ordering some further Cyclone in a bulk order from yourselves today. Guess I ll just have to make sure I up the interval training and core work to make sure i don t develop a flab-pack and not a six-pack ! Following this, and assuming that money is not necessarily a hindering factor as long as the products work, is it worth me also purchasing something like Explode to the supplement to boost results I notice that there are a number of products that boost muscle volume |
|
Answer |
Laying down fat usually results from lack of training, although depending on your genetics you may need to add a very small amount of fat while maximizing muscle size gains. Generally however, with a good blend of training you should be able to add lean muscle without noticeable fat gain. You can always re-adjust your goal in future if you find fat storage getting too much compared to lean muscle gains. However since you are after a lean atheltic physique - keep up a blend of both energy interval work and heavier weight training. To look like a sprinter or swimmer it's best to train like one.
Most cell volumizing products are based around creatine which obviously you will get from Cyclone. There are a number of pre workout blends that offer both cell volumizing, higher pump and mental stimulants to give you a more effective workout. These are very popular, products such as NO Xplode, SuperPump250, Arnge Krush etc etc, but they are generally helping you work harder rather than building new muscle. In the long run they do help build muscle as more effective workouts are a major ingredient but Cyclone and Promax etc offer the raw materials to build new tissue. Make sure you get those core supplements first and then add in a pre workout drink if you feel you'd like the next step up. |

Question |
Promax Extreme [MaxiMuscle]: I m 6 3 and weigh just over 11.5 stone, so am lookiing to add on some weight in the form of muscle. I ve started training 4 times a week in a gym, and was recommended Cyclone as a decent all-round supplement. However, having started to look into the world of sypplements further, I confess to being a little confused as to the best option. I want to gain strength and build muscle, but do not want to be huge and massive for the sake of it - as an example. I am looking for the type of physique seen on a swimmer or sprinter. Hence, should I be using Cyclone, which is an all-rounder but may add extra pounds around the waist as well as build muscleetc, or should I put together a stack of whey protein (such as Promax Extreme) combined with a creatine supplement to emsure the gains are in muscle only Or could I take Cyclone PLUS Promax to really see rapid gains Many thanks. |
|
Answer |
Its not possible to answer your question fully from the information given as there are so many other factors to consider.
To achieve the physique you want, you need to eat 6 small meals or shakes per day. So long as you get a few hundred calories more than you need, adequate protein and follow a good training program, then your modest goals should be easily obtained.
Therefore, if used in a diet as above, either option will help you get where you want to go. Cyclone simply offers a minimum hassle approach.
Good luck and let us know how you progress |
