Im slightly confused by this product...is taking this the same as taking a protein shake - such as the same as the Maximuscle s Promax But just without the calories found in the protein shakes |

[Maximuscle] Promax Aminos: Hi, I am currently taking Muximuscle Pump-Up NO2 and love it, I was also going to also start taking either Promax Aminos or ZMA along with Pump-Up and was wondering which combination would yield the best results, I am looking build muscle growth. |

I assume you are using a protein powder or a high calorie, high protein shake, yes.
If not, that is your absolute priority.
However, of the 2, the ZMA will yield better results. Improved test levels, increased recovery, improved rest. That makes ZMA one of the best supplements to use. |
