Creatamax Extreme by MaxiMuscle: It is good, helps you recover which is what creatine should do i suppose but it tastes like a sweaty sock after drinking 4 times a day, if you are quick you can get it down in 3 glugs!! Overall a good product, i bought half price and it was well worth iit but i wouldn t pay the full price because you will need 3 tubs for a full cycle and you are getting to near 100 - eat 100 worth of steak instead, creatine is in that - Stilla great product though! Creatamax Extreme by MaxiMuscle: Without doubt the best supplement I have ever used. I cycle 1-2 months on 2 months off and always get terrific results (2.5 - 3kg increase in bodyweight). Treat it like medicine because it could never be described as delicious LOL. A word of warning hoowever, you will need three tubs for one cycle if you follow the usage guidelines. I personally take one scoop per day and two on training days with no loading phase and I still get awesome results. Dave Franklin |

Creatamax Extreme [MaxiMuscle]: Very good creatine. Cycled it from Sept to Nov, excellent gains in both strenght and size, gained 12lbs of solid muscle over three months. Very expensive, but worthwhile if you can afford it. Kyle |

Creatamax Extreme: Used over a period of 3 weeks, noticed bigger gains using cheaper reflex products then this. Great if your lazy and dont wanna mix your creatine or protein supps but not very confident on its effectiveness. Martin |

[MaxiMuscle] Creatamax Extreme: do i have to do a loading dose to bulk up or will i get the same results from taking twice daily.i am also taking 19 nor tren will this make any difference |

The latest research into creatine loading suggests that a high loading phase is not necessary to get results as levels will rise gradually and have a similar effect. You may find taking the doses around your training will speed up loading by using the trraining insulin effect. 19 Nor Tren will actually speed up your bodies assimilation of creatine into useable ATP so you should probably notice the cell volumizing, strength and pump effects much faster. |
