Inferno 2 [Fat Burner]: I took the bottle 3 times a day and after a week of nausea and sleplesness it got easier... Idid not really loose any weight ( about 3 lbs in over a month) but surely it gives you extremely strong endurance while training... I did not seem to get tired while on that croostrainer... So..if you want a reliable endurance product this is it...Im still looking for something to loose my weight though... Benny

Inferno 2: is it ok to have a rest for 2 days on the weekend and just do 5 day cycle, or do they have to be taken for 7 days non stop to get the full effects..... i dont train on the weekends and i find timing hard to stick too on saturday and sunday.

This is a thermabolic compound which aids fat loss through stimulating the metabolism. It does not depend on exercise to reduce fat levels.

For optimum fat loss, I'd suggest taking it seven days a week for 4 to 6 weeks. If your taking it longer, then taking the weekends off is a good idea as it gives the body a chance to operate at a lower metabolic rate for a few days.

However, as a fat burner, it works best over a shorter period, with a good diet high in protein, moderate carbs and low fat, supported by a good weights and cardio program.

[Fat Burner] Inferno 2: Are Inferno 2 s legal to take outwith the UK I travel to singapore a lot for work, would it be kay to take them to Singapore

Stuart I'm sorry we don't carry information on every countries customs regulations. If you check with the Singapore customs office they should be able to tell you what you can bring into their country before travel.

Inferno 2: I ve been taking the original ma huang Inferno as per instructions on label ie 1 cap with food and water. They have no effect on me either good (fat loss) or bad (jitters, increased heart rate etc). Does this mean its safe for me to increase steadily until i can feel them working or is it that they may just not work for me

Howard, in general we disagree with the label recommendation for the product to be taken with meals. Taking on an empty stomach greatly increases the thermogenic effect. Usually at least 15 minutes before eating gives a good response. Try this first and then gradually increase the dose after 3 days or so until you find the ideal level for you. You should find this gives you a much more noticeable fat burning and energy rush response.

Inferno 2: I have an under active thyroid. Am I able to take these to speed it up Im on medication but my weight is not coming off.

I would not recommend this product for you. Use a milder product like lean system 7.

Inferno 2: Whats the difference between Inferno and Inferno 2 I have recently used Venoms by ALRI which I found very good but am going to try these out next time.

The Inferno 2 replaces the old Inferno which contained a stimulant that is no longer available. The Inferno 2 uses a blend of new proprietary stimulants which makes it a legal version of the old ephedrine type stacks. It also has a longer release in the body meaning more hours with a ramped up metabolism. The ALRI products do get good reviews but the Inferno 2 has been one of our best selling products ever and people continue to get great results from it. Due to the strength of Inferno, which comes as a suprise to some people used to low dosed products, always begin with 1 capsule a day in the morning before breakfast. After a few days you can add in an extra capsule before training sessions to increase fatty acid release for energy and more rapid fat loss. Some larger users or those with a good tolerance for stimulants may be able to handle up to 3 capsules a day eventually but don't try this if you aren't sure. Ideally do not take any capsules within four or five hours of bed as this can stop you falling asleep due to the energy release. You should see fat loss at least double as long as your diet and training are dialled in.
