just a few questions, surrently just over 12 stone, my aim in the gym is to gain as much muscle as possible. previusly been on cycles on 19nor. but have some stubbern fat i cant shift! would taking this benifit me but i dont wont to lose any muscle, just some fat of my belly. are they any side effects with this and do i need to take anythin with it eg anything to protect liver etc. thanks.

Hi dex, the key to maintaining muscle mass and losing fat is to progressively stimulate the metabolism by lifting heavier weights, eating enough protein to build muscle, and consuming adequate amount of calories (around maintenance level) to burn fat. Emphasise the protein and lower the carbs slightly. A thermogenic product like this can definitely help, you are correct. This will not damage your liver and is a safe product.

It may be you're not adapted to the different stimulants in this formula. Try starting out at a lower dosage (i.e less caps per day) and take them only in the morning and afternoon to avoid prolonged effect of this / no sleep etc. It's more likely to be an adaption issue to a new stimulant though.

The weight wouldn't just come back on you, no. Fat cells do not work like that. It'd be down to your individual diet and exercise regime which would determine how lean or what weight you stay at. Good luck on your quest.
