Applied Nutrition Critical Mass: iv been on this around 2month now and iv put a stone on easly i was 10 and now 11.6 and its great im still geting 6 meals a day and 2 of these shakes a day. best time 2 take them are after brekfast and after main meal or tranning you will see a great result please note not 2 take more than 3 a day it will just start to run through you and your wastein your money. dont abuse it. Critical Mass [Applied Nutrition]: I ve just finished one tub of this, on roughly three shakes a day (sometimes two due to my working hours).
Although it is making me loose appetite for regular meals and I m having to push myself, I am seeing slow results.
With a little lifting every day I am seeing overall development. I have always had trouble gaining any weight, and I am very slim, but this seems to be working.
The only problem I have is that these tubs don t last long at all, and for the price, it could be extremely expensive to get where I want to be. Robbie

Critical Mass: why is it that 4 scoops is not 235grams i weighed 4 scoops today and its actually 145grams.so infact this product is misleading!i use this stuff alot and its great apart from the fact its a con!i hear the sounds of a trading standards agent knocking on there door!!!!

John if that's the case then it's not our fault. The company designs the content and it has absolutely nothing to do with us. There may have been a smaller sized scoop put into your tub if anything but we now sell Applied Nutritions Critical mass and we've had great feedback off that as opposed to the mammoth.

[Applied Nutrition] Critical Mass: Hey mate, erm quite embarrosing but I used to get get quite bad acne when i was a kid beacause I ate a lot of sugar like sweets and i meen a lot of sweets say 88g a day but not from sugar like fructose so would the sugar in this make it bad again because I have heard there is over 150g in. Jay, the "sugar" calories in mammoth are pretty irrelevant as this formula contains protein and fats - meaning the G.I (Glygemic Index) of the sugar is significantly lowered, meaning your blood sugar levels would be fine. I'm guessing it was more to do with the content of what you were eating in the past.

Critical Mass: How much better is this than interactive mammoth, whats different about it

It contains slightly more protein, a better blend of protein, a lower GI carbohydrate and an improved dry sprayed MCT

Critical Mass: Is critical mass suitable for vegetarians

There is no meat/flesh or animal tissue in this product, so on that definition of a vegetarian, yes it would be fine.

Critical Mass: ive been using critical mass for a week now and have been halving the servings so ive been taking 4 a day morning,before and after training then at night will it still have the same muscle building effect

Yes Ryan, most people find that a full large serving of Critical Mass is actually too much to digest except for very large individuals, so half servings used more frequently is actually more helpful for lean muscle gain for most users.
