	15/08/2005	Enrage by Garnell: I've tried a few things to help me keep my focus and supply me me with enough energy for a punishing wotkout, but nothing gave me what I was looking for....Until I tried this stuff. I approached it with some scepticism, as I always do, but Oh My God!!! I It really works.... You don't feel a RUSH, you just recover REALLY quickly after each set, and feel more than ready to hit it again, but heavier! I now recomend this to anyone I know who works out hard. 	Answer	Rich it depends how often you train and whether you are using the product for everyday energy or as a workout only enhancer. You will get about 20 servings out, so if you are training 3 days a week, this will be just under 7 weeks, for 4 days a week training about 5 weeks supply.
