Garnell Complex Carbs: An Easy Way to add more carbs to your diet. Mixes easily in water either on its own or with your Protein shake. Add this to your shake for a great meal replacement, or use creatine with that mix after your workout for a good PWO shake. Would recommend d to anyone. Richie T |

Complex Carbs by Garnell: used to think that mammoth was the best product for bulking up. However, tried this, mixed it with a whey protein and creatine monohydrate and put on some serious weight. energy levels are up as well. Keith |

[Garnell] Complex Carbs: Weight gain supps dont work for me. Admittedly i should eat more and been a veggie makes it harder. However i maxed out on this once and i was amazed at the weight i managed to put in in about 2 weeks. I went from 10.5 to 11 st with no fat gain at all. I mixed it with a basic protein mix - blended with ice cream, yogurt and soya milk to make a delicious shake twice a day. Also ate more carbs and voila ive not only put on but maintained weight. For anyone who finds it hard to put on weight i would say sean jay |

Complex Carbs by Garnell: Cheap, cheerful, tasteless, and sweet. Perfect for adding into my regular Reflex protein to cycle the carbohydrates throughout the day. I dont like using just a weight gainer that only has a limited use, especially not good for at night. Now Ive been com mbinging my protein with lots of carbs AM, some carbs in afternoon and only a handful in the evening and PM. Dave Barry |

No, mixing protein and carbs will give you just as good results as most weight gains will give. Typical start point would be a ratio of 2 units of carbs to 1 unit of protein. |
