	18/10/2007	Myoplex Deluxe Bars: As Im new to all this and Im using other supplements too I cant say how effective these are, although I am gaining weight. Useful for a mid morning top up if you work somewhere you cant mix up a shake but I only have one of these a day because of the higgh fat content. The chocolate tastes alright, the peanut is HORRIBLE TonyBuff
