nicole	Question	[CNP] Pro-Vital: hi ive just started taking this supplement its the new one with only 3 tablets at morning and none at night i felt a little sick an empty i had taken with food but yet feel sick could i spreed the tablets out through the day and also i keep on burping haha thankyou
	Answer	Nicole, I personally reccommend that people take multi-vitamins spread out throughout the day to help the absorbtion. I myself do this; usually breaking up my dosage into morning and night times. I think this is the easy solution for you so let us know if your problems continue.
