Pro-Flapjack Bar: Really like the CNP bars, I use them as a treat even though they are full of high quality low GI carbs and a fair amount of protein! Choc orange taste great and ive just picked up the cherry almond which is amazing! Really handy to keep in your gym bag or in the office/ car for when your craving a snack! Andy C

Pro-Flapjack Bar by CNP: alryt im 14 and do wieghtlifitng with free wieghts and stuff in the gym and cardio and have a get balanced diet with around 5 to 6 meals aday with carbs protein and a bit of fat init do you think this would be a good bar to have for my break at skwl to fill me up unitl my dinner

Jake, if you find you put fat on very easily these may not be for you, due to their high calories, but if you stay relatively lean with your schedule they make a fantastic high protein snack, and the high fibre tends to keep you feeling full for a lot longer than just a shake or liquid meal. They're very popular and useful to keep around to make sure you never miss a meal. Unlike some snack products they do contain a high level of qualty protein, so you don't miss out on good nutrition. I wouldn't recommend living on these all the time but if you find it hard to fit in one snack sized meal each day because of school, it's far superior to most junk food you will have access to. And they taste good.

[CNP] Pro-Flapjack Bar: hi im a hard trainer and starting a cycle of 19 nor tren before i start i want to have everything set for my diet now im looking for a night shake, bar that gives me enough caesin protein through the night - is this a good for a good source of caesin pro otein could you recommend a good shake for a good amount of caesin protein on a night

Hi Matt, the CNP Flapjacks do have a high amount of protein blend in them and contain some micellar casein however they are relatively high calorie and not really designed for pre-bed nutrition. Ideally you should look at Micellar Casein or Peptide Fusio on by Reflex which have very slow release protein.
