Question |
Pro-Creatine E2: Iv been taking CNP E2 for a while I think its a great product, but a friend who is a bodybuilder claims that he read in one of his bodybuilding magazines that creatine is worse for your liver than steroids. Is he wrong or is there truth in his claim Thanks |
|
Answer |
Your friend is both wrong and uneducated I am afraid. Creatine is made naturally in the body and is also found in relatively decent amounts in meat such as fish, steak, etc. It is the formation of three natural, amino acids together that makes creatine. It is completely safe unless you were to take ridiculous dosages and not hydrate yourself properly. |

Question |
Pro-Creatine E2 by CNP: Hi. I go rugby training twice a week and play on saturdays, I also go weight training twice a week. I currently use After-Glow, E2 and a protein blend. Could you please advise me on the best way to take these supplements on training and non-training days. Thank you in advance for your reply. |
|
Answer |
Hi Dean. The E2 is generally reccomended before workouts but once creatine is in your system, saturated, it's irrelevant really when you take it as long as you maintain your dosage. After-Glow should be used on training days only, post-workout. As for the protein blend, that would be depedant on the ingredients in it or which type of product and proteins it contains. Could you please let me know so I can advise this? |

Question |
Pro-Creatine E2 [CNP]: Hi. How does E2 compare to Sci-mentor ethyl-ester creatine Thanks. |
|
Answer |
They compare very well. to all intents and purposes they are both the same active ingredient.
It just comes down to personal preference. we get great feedback on both, in fact all the Creatine Ethyl Esters |

Question |
[CNP] Pro-Creatine E2: jus received my tub...on here it says teke 4 a day but on the tub it says take 4 2 times a day...is that just a mis-print on ur behalf or is it recommended to go below cnp s specified dose |
|
Answer |
leo 4 caps a day equals 2000mg of ethyl ester creatine which is what we would consider a standard dose, equivalent to a normal dose of creatine monohydrate powder for most users. Two doses a day would be the equivalent of a loading dose or recommended for larger users or those who train far more frequently than average.
4 caps a day should be fine for most users but CNP are aiming at bodybuilders and larger rugby players who tend to need more extreme doses.
A good compromise is to use a single dose on non training days and add in the extra dose only on training days to improve recovery.
You'll still see normal creatine results at 4 caps a day. |

| Manufacturers Description |

CNP’s Pro-Creatine E2 is creatine at the end stage of evolution. By bonding an ester to creatine, we have given it a lipophilic (fat penetrating) property. This has increased its bio availability over any other form of creatine by a staggering 3900%! This now means that any fluid retained will be in muscle cells, not under the skin. Dosages need only be a small percentage of conventional dosing protocols and there is no need to load and no down-regulation of creatine transporters. There’s also no need to add simple sugars to create an “insulin spike”, thus none of the potential gains in bodyfat associated with this approach. Best of all, there are none of the unpleasant side effects or damage to performance that can be experienced with existing forms of creatine. Now, all that can be gained from creatine supplementation is benefit.
