ZMA by BioTest: As good as the maximuscle product I think. I first bought ZMA just to try out of curiosity. The best thing about it is that you sleep really well on it and you feel really chirpy and positive during the day, which presumably is due to the higher testoste erone levels. The effect isn t immediate but you should notice a difference after a week and I felt that after 2-3 weeks you are at the peak. Zinc typically is found in a lot of products and also in whole foods Alex. It can get extremely depleted especially during long durance exercise so supplementing with additional ZMA products would be fine.

ZMA: lookin to add this to my pct. does it actually help raise LH also do any of these cancel out the affectiveness of eachother Esto Suppress, Advanced PCT, Rebound XT, Blue Up and this ZMA also what supplements can i throw in there for cortisol control that wud work well with them. thanks guys you never let me down.

Dave, all the products you mention come from a different class of product, the Esto Suppress is a SERM, the Advanced PCT a 6 bromo AI and the Rebound XT is an ATD anti estrogen. Blue Up is a natural test booster and ZMA helps regulate natural hormone production levels, not limited to testosterone. There isn't really anything else to use but they should all work well together.

ZMA is vitally important for most athletic people, regardless of whether its for PCT or just natural training. You'll find that it helps improve sleep and regulates mood as well as improving recovery and supporting natural test and growth hormone release.

As for cortisol control, presuming you wish to avoid hormonal controls as you are in PCT, the regenerate shows a useful reduction in all stress markers including cortisol release. Also any products which contain glycine help reduce this stress production. There are lots of pre and post workout mixes that use this ingredient or you can look at something like the Sci Mx creatine ethyl ester X4 product for a simple tablet formula with this useful cortisol control in it.

ZMA by BioTest: I ve read in a magazine article about restoring sex drive in women using zinc supplements. I am interested in improved athletic ability but was wondering if this supplement might have this effect in women as well Or is there something else you could rec commend. Thank you.
