[BioTest] Hot Rox Extreme: A good product and they did make me feel a bit jittery but once I had got use to this after a few days these did a good job. I did find they made me hot and sweat a little more than normal though. However I found the Adrenalean and Synthrolean stack to be more effective (and cheaper). I know a few guys from the Gym who have had top results with Hot Rox. Alex.

[BioTest] Hot Rox Extreme: Quality product! Helped me to drop 7ilbs in body weight over 6 weeks whilst gaining 2lbs in muscle mass. BF is down 3 too so very pleased.

Only used 1 cap a day for the first two weeks as I found the effects very strong. It made me very hot and a little shaky, like id drank a triple espresso and had a sunbed.

Used in conjunction with Carbolin 19 so I built up to 1 Cap HotRox/Carbolin morn and aft.

BioTest Hot Rox Extreme: Fantastic. Have been taking this for 2 weeks now coupled with 5 gym seshions a week. Definitely melts away lower gut fat. I have been going to the gym with my mates now for the past few months for approx 3-4 times a week, Im noticing a significant change but my pals mentioned taking some protein. But I wouldnt mind taking some Fat Burner aswell

Can you reccommend a fat burner for myself ( i drink plenty of caffiene during the day)
and some protein that tastes nice, as i was told some taste a bit perculiar.

Sure Dan. If you're looking into a fat burner, I'd go for one slightly lower in stimulants such as SynthroLean by Biorhythm, as you mentioned you already consume a lot of caffeine. Copious amounts of stimulants will prevent you gaining muscle as they release muscle breakdown hormones, so be careful with how much you consume.

A great protein that tastes delicious would be the Biorhythm Whole Gains. It's excellent quality and its lower calorie servings will help with fat loss. Other good options include Sci-MX and USN's GR5-Protein and Pure Protein products, as wel as Reflex Peptide Fusion.

BioTest Hot Rox Extreme: Hi, my girlfriend has just bought a tub of Hot Rox, she was on Thermobol previously and was just wondering should she take Hot Rox on training days only or on non training days aswell

You can take Hot Rox every day and should do whilst on the product. Just ensure she carefully chooses the time to consume them, as they're quite high with stimulants, so I'd suggest in the morning and afternoon.

Hot Rox Extreme [BioTest]: Hi, I am currently taking Cyclone to gain muscle, but i want to strip down at the same time as i have a bit of fat around my stomach and waste.
Would using a fat stripper like Hot Rox still be as effective whilst using Cyclone

It wouldn't disrupt the cyclone's affect Sam. I'd look into a product that contains a good dosage of yohimbine hcl which strips fat around the abdominal region - look into Biorhythms fat burners such as adrena lean or ultra lean fx.

5 caps of Androbolix (5 days on and weekends off)
Peptide Fusion (40gms scoops daily)
Cyclone (before and after training)
Afterglow (post work)
I want to pack on muscle, and have made good progress so far, though I m struggling to shift some body fat from my stomach, which I really want to tighten up. I have tried Ultra Lean, and don t think it s made much difference, so I m going to try HOT ROD. I think I m eating too late in the evenings, with my last dose of cyclone taken around 9 30pm, followed by my tea meal. Shall I cut out my cyclone dosage to just one scoop before my work out, and limit my cyclone to only training days This will help on cost to. I just need a bit guidance on how to maximise the benefits of my supplements, making sure I m getting enough protein intake at the same time, and losing the gut. Thanks

Jason, you've done well to identify part of the problem yourself.

The usage of two cyclone servings daily, along with the peptide Fusion and After Glow post-workout, is completely unnecessary. Cutting it down to one per day (prefrably pre-workout, about an hour before) would initially allow you to start cutting calories. You can then make specfic adjustments to your diet to speed up results. Alternatively, just add in some post-workout cardio to burn a few more calories if you don't want to sacrifice food.

If you feel as though you're eating too many carbs at night and they're raising your blood sugar levels, then definitely centre them around the earlier stages of the day. This will allow you to minimize insulin being released at night and prevent fat storage. Good luck and let us know how things go for you.
