Hot Rox Extreme [BioTest]: A good product and they did make me feel a bit jittery but once I had got use to this after a few days these did a good job. I did find they made me hot and sweat a little more than normal though. However I found the Adrenalean and Synthrolean stack to be more effective (and cheaper). I know a few guys from the Gym who have had top results with Hot Rox. Alex.

Hot Rox Extreme: Quality product! Helped me to drop 7ilbs in body weight over 6 weeks whilst gaining 2lbs in muscle mass. BF is down 3 too so very pleased.

Only used 1 cap a day for the first two weeks as I found the effects very strong. It made me very hot and a little shaky, like id drank a triple espresso and had a sunbed.

Used in conjunction with Carbolin 19 so I built up to 1 Cap HotRox/Carbolin morn and aft.

If you can afford it and can tolerate it then TAKE IT! David

[BioTest] Hot Rox Extreme: Took a course of these a few months back to help trim down. Very, very good product. Melts away the fat in addition to good diet and training. Best to take morning and early afternoon though if you don t want it to effect your sleep. Like others, had the flu like symptoms the first week but nothing too bad. Neil

Hot Rox Extreme: Fantastic. Have been taking this for 2 weeks now coupled with 5 gym seshions a week. Definitely melts away lower gut fat. Sometimes makes you feel a bit sick whilst working out and is hard to sleep if u take it too late in the afternoon. Would recommend hot rox to anyone. Toby

BioTest Hot Rox Extreme: Hi, I am 7 2 and weigh 24 stone but have unbelieveably lost 5 stone in the last 4 months due to the atkins diet and using grenade. I have recently stopped the atkins diet and finished the cycle of grenade but go to the gym 4-5 times per week mainly concentrating on cardio. I have just ordered Hot Rox Extreme and Super Pump 250 as I have heard great things from friends, is it suitable to take both together to gain a greater physical edge at the gym and carry on losing fat and building muscle

I still have a long way to go to achieve the result that I want but every little helps in my case. If these products aren t suitable, which ones would you recommend

Hi Tony, well done on losing all that weight thats pretty impressive. Hot rox and super pump can be used on the same day just make sure you take them a few hours apart from each other. Id also suggest a good protein to help build some lean muscle and aid in recovery. Reflex Instant whey is one of my personal favourites.

Hot Rox Extreme by BioTest: Hi, I ve been taking stacker 2 for a number of weeks now (about 5) - using 2 caps a day, first thing in the morning and just before lunch. I think the effect is slowly wearing away. i was wondering if i would be able to start on hot rox straight away or would you advice taking a break before starting hot rox. I m also not sure if i should go for Hot Rox or xtreme 25 by black china labs I m currently about 14stones - i ve got a good build, but i just seem to be struggling to loose fat from my stomach. Would you also recommend me getting olio by biorhythm to take alongside hot rox or xtreme 25.

Olio is an excellent product Jason that may well benefit you.

All are excellent fat burners but ultimately if you cannot lose fat it will be down to your nutritional values and weight training. Make sure your training is progressive and that you're in a calorie defict to lose weight. Check our forums for additional advice on this aspect.

You may benefit from a break from stimulants to prevent immunity and enhance the metabolic effect next time you cycle onto them.

Hot Rox Extreme: hi, just finished a cycle of epi, but still have a fat i cant quite shift! will i be able to start on this stright away or is it advised i wait a while aldo is there anything i need to take along side this liver protection etc. will this just remove body fat i dont want to lose any muscle! thanks.

You can go straight onto hot rox. Hot rox will not cause muscle loss at all, just speed up fat loss.

I assume EPI helped you loose a fair amount of fat. Its a nice product to use while dieting because you can cut your carbs quite a bit whilst still building muscle and keeping strength high. On your next cycle, cut the carbs a little more and aim for a 4 to 6 week cycle.

[BioTest] Hot Rox Extreme: Hi i am currently on Inferno 2 for last 2 weeks, exercising for 30 minutes a day 3 times a week and noticing changes for the good. Can i combine with Hot Rox Extreme or should i alternative every other week or so thanks

I would limit your use of stimulants in case of potential anxiety / sleeping issue's you may get from combining the two. What you should implement however is progressive weight lifting to stimulate your metabolism more, whilst including some cardio sessions, and a lot of protein to prolong results.

Im about to start a cutting phase, while trying to maintain as much lean muscle as possible. This phase will probably involve a lot of cardio due to commitments to club training, but id also like to commit to a weight training regime. Im looking for a strong fatburner that will keep me going and am tempted by hot rox and yellow extreme. would it be stupid to use both of them (im not too sure but hot rox is thyroid stimulant while yellow extreme is thermogenic stimulant yes ), not at the same time but at different times of the day id just be worried about any possible catabolic effects they might have combined with a lot of training. any advice would be much appreciated as would any tips for trying to maintain muscle while in calorie deficit.

Pick one or the other. As you mentioned, both are powerful stimulants so it would'nt be advisable to take them both together, regardless whether you were to alternate between the two. You need a consistant dosage to build up in your body for it to be effective.

To maintain muscle whilst in a calorie defict, simply train heavy with progressive resistance, and maintain your strength (whilst obviously trying to improve it). I'd advise you to keep a high protein intake and make sure you have an efficient store of omega fatty acids, essential for prolonged fat loss and preventing muscle breakdown.
