BioTest Hot Rox Extreme: A good supplement and they did make me feel a bit jittery but once I had got use to this after a few days these did a good job. I did find they made me hot and sweat a little more than normal though. However I found the Adrenalean and Synthrolean stack to be more effective (and cheaper). I know a few guys from the Gym who have had top results with Hot Rox. Alex.

Hot Rox Extreme by BioTest: Quality product! Helped me to drop 7ilbs in body weight over 6 weeks whilst gaining 2lbs in muscle mass. BF is down 3 too so very pleased.

Only used 1 cap a day for the first two weeks as I found the effects very strong. It made me very hot and a little shaky, like id drank a triple espresso and had a sunbed.

Used in conjunction with Carbolin 19 so I built up to 1 Cap HotRox/Carbolin morn and aft.

If you can afford it and can tolerate it then TAKE IT! David

Hot Rox Extreme by BioTest: Took a course of these a few months back to help trim down. Very, very good supplement. Melts away the fat in addition to good diet and training. [BioTest] Hot Rox Extreme: I m thinking of starting a course of Hot Rox to help me trim down. I m using Peptide and Afteglow as my main supplements and rotate SSIN Juice and Nox Pump as prework out - I wanted to check if I m still ok to use these prework out supplements whilst taking hot Rox I wouldn t take them at the same time and would use the prework out a few hours appart

Hi Sean. Check out USPlabs OxyELITE Pro for a strong stimulant based fat burner with great reviews. Alternatively, great non-stim versions include Synthrolean from Biorhythm, Lean Xtreme from Driven Sports of Alpha-T2 by PES.

BioTest Hot Rox Extreme: hi, can you tell me what would be best to take with hot rox to build muscle. i have a job in construction which is very demanding and go running at night. due to the long hours i work i dont get time for the gym but get to run as i have mentiond and weights at home. im looking to shift excess weight fast and get ripped. any advice would help as i am new to supliments. thanks

Hi Jay,

I recommend prioritising weights over cardio as ultimately too much cardio will wear down your metabolism and prevent fat loss. Focus on your overall caloric expenditure rather than too much exercise, otherwise you'll just end up burning yourself into the ground, especially if you already work a physical job.

It's going to be difficult to build muscle whilst in a calorie defict, but I recommend eating close to maintenance calories, lifting progressively heavier and ensuring your recovery is optimised in the post workout window with a supplement like After Glow and protein such as Whole Gains or Peptide Fusion.
