Hot Rox Extreme: Quality product! Helped me to drop 7ilbs in body weight over 6 weeks whilst gaining 2lbs in muscle mass. BF is down 3 too so very pleased.

Only used 1 cap a day for the first two weeks as I found the effects very strong. It made me very hot and a little shaky, like id drank a triple espresso and had a sunbed.

Used in conjunction with Carbolin 19 so I built up to 1 Cap HotRox/Carbolin morn and aft.

I want to pack on muscle, and have made good progress so far, though I m struggling to shift some body fat from my stomach, which I really want to tighten up. I have tried Ultra Lean, and don t think it s made much difference, so I m going to try HOT ROD. I think I m eating too late in the evenings, with my last dose of cyclone taken around 9 30pm, followed by my tea meal. Shall I cut out my cyclone dosage to just one scoop before my work out, and limit my cyclone to only training days This will help on cost to. I just need a bit guidance on how to maximise the benefits of my supplements, making sure I m getting enough protein intake at the same time, and losing the gut. Thanks

Jason, you've done well to identify part of the problem yourself.

The usage of two cyclone servings daily, along with the peptide Fusion and After Glow post-workout, is completely unnecessary. Cutting it down to one per day (prefrably pre-workout, about an hour before) would initially allow you to start cutting calories. You can then make specfic adjustments to your diet to speed up results. Alternatively, just add in some post-workout cardio to burn a few more calories if you don't want to sacrifice food.

If you feel as though you're eating too many carbs at night and they're raising your blood sugar levels, then definitely centre them around the earlier stages of the day. This will allow you to minimize insulin being released at night and prevent fat storage. Good luck and let us know how things go for you.

Well, I wouldn't as they both act as stimulants. Use Ultimate Orange for performance before a workout and keep Hot Rox for afterwards

Hi, the product itself is suitable for vegetarians however it is in a gelatin capsule, so you could xfer the contents to a veg capsule or sprinkle the contents in to water to take.

Hot Rox Extreme: Hi, just wondering if the dosage of hot rox can be increased any, i started off on day one with just 1 tablet in the morning and afternoon and had to go straight to 2 morning and 2 afternoon to feel anything at all. After a week or so I cannot feel any effects at all so can i increase to say 3 or 4 each dose
Also I have just finished cycle of EPI/Halo and have got androbolix for PCT. Do I really need to take androbolix for the full 4 weeks as I know these pro-hormones arnt really that supressive on natural test.

The adrenal response to Hot Rox usually subsides after a few days. However this does not mean its stopped its job as a supplement that increases the rate of burning fat.

In fact, if it continued to excite the adrenal system long term, like Ephedrine, it would start to reduce muscle mass as the adrenaline converts to a catabolic hormone.

Persist for a while at 4 caps a day, our experience is that after a hardening cycle, this is very effective at keeping mass whilst burning fat.

My own experience is that 2 weeks of Androbolix would suffice after the PHs mentioned

Hot Rox Extreme: hi, im goin on holiday in a couple weeks and looking for something to build lean muscle and trim me down (fat wise) a bit. im thinking of taking this product as the carbolin would hopefully build and preserve muscle and the thermogenic compound would burn fat i will also take them on holiday, would this be a gd idea as im luking for a supplement to preseve muscle mas while im abroa please help

Sam this would sound as if it fits your needs. The Carbolin can help you lean out, stay lean and is an anti-catabolic helping preserve muscle during training or dietary change stresses. The A-7E fat burner compound should also help you drop fat whilst keeping testosterone high without use of prohormones etc. Obviously it won't pack on size but it certainly won't prevent growth whilst keeping fat lower.
