Should I Do If An Item On My Order Arrives Damaged

Damages to products in transit, or even product
mistakes are very rare, with the procedures we
have in place, however, on the rare occasions
where this does happen, you need to fill in a
simple online claims form within 7 days of your
receipt so that appropriate action can be taken
to resolve the matter swiftly and to your satisfaction. |

Can I Have
My Order Shipped To An Address Other Than My Billing
Address? |

Initial
first orders must be shipped to the card holders
billing address. Upon successful receipt of your
first order, you may on subsequent orders, select
an alternative preffered shipping address. This
is where we shall endeavour to ship your order,
however, if we feel that there is insufficient
information to pass our security authorisation,
we retain the right to ship your order to your
card billing address.

Do
You Ship Outside Of The UK? |

We ship orders all around the world each and
every day. Shipping costs are based on volumetric
weight and size of your consignment. If you are
unsure of which shipping option to choose from
the online shopping cart, please select ‘Quote
On Order’. Prices quoted for Europe are for standard
shipments of a maximum 10kg. Orders exceeding
10kg will be subject to a further charge, where
you shall be notified before billing takes place. |

Do You Ship ‘small’ Products To The USA and
Canada? |

Yes we do ship ‘small’ or tablet supplement products
to the USA and Canada. Up to 3 bottles per shipment
can be sent at a cost of £5, around $10 USD. These
are sent by international traceable air mail. |

Can I Order Large Value/Volume Orders To Be Shipped
Outside Of The UK? |

Yes of course. Pallet shipments etc can be arranged
with ease. We supply many businesses throughout
Europe and the US, and would be more than happy
to supply you with your goods. For large international
orders please send your order by email and we
shall send an invoice by return that can be paid
by bank transfer. Goods are shipped upon receipt
of payment. |

volumes of stock across our stores and warehouses,
however, there maybe rare occasions when an item
is out of stock due to a product supply delay.
In these instances, you will not be billed
for any items that are out of stock, and you will
be contacted to see if you would like to wait
for the item [back order], or exchange the item
for an alternative equivalent brand. |
