nutrition retail for over 15 years and recognise that first and
foremost our customers are looking for great advice backed up by
a top quality service which have, over the years, brought us
great customer loyalty and helped us become one of the largest
independent supplement retailers in the UK.
However, we also believe that with our
success and the buying power this brings us, we should reward
our customers loyalty by providing our world class service at
the best possible price. With this in mind we set out to create
the internets most comprehensive discount package to help assure
you that you will receive the best advice, the best service and
the best prices.
Ok, so what are our discount options and how
do you use them?
Well, to be honest, its quite straight
forward and our site does most of the work for you. So here it
is explained:
Firstly, we ensure the basic price of
every product is discounted. Every week we conduct a price match
exercise to check over 200 products on 8 websites to ensure each
individual price is as low or lower than our competition.
Secondly, we offer a discount based on
how much you spend on separate items. This starts with a 2.5%
discount at £50 all the way up to 6% at £200.
Thirdly, and often of most benefit, we
offer a multi buy discount. This means that you get a discount
for buying 2 or more of the same item, and the more you buy the
bigger the discount. If you fancy 5 tubs of the same product,
you will actually pay less than trade price, and at 8 tubs (our
maximum discount) you will receive your goods at around 5% less
than trade price!
Finally, if you have seen a lower
regular price, then we will match, and often beat, the price you
have seen.
Right, now we've explained that, I'll answer
a few questions that have been put to us since starting this
discount plan:
Question: Do I have to have all the
same flavour of a product if I use your multi-buy discount plan
to get the discount?
Answer: No, simply add as many of each
flavour as you want to the shopping cart. The price will be same
if you choose to buy 5 tubs of chocolate pro-peptide as if you
bought 3 strawberry and 2 vanilla.
Question: How do I add a multi-buy
product to the cart?
Answer: There are a number of ways of
doing this. From a price list click 'Add to Cart' next to the
product you want. This takes you to the shopping cart where you
can change the order quantity to what ever you want. When you
click <update cart> the discount price is automatically shown.
Alternatively, from the product page click on the 'Add to Cart'
button next to the multi-buy you want. On the next page you are
taken to, select the quantities you require.
Question: Do I get both discounts?
Answer: Sort of! The multi-buys accrue
no further discount regardless of how much you spend, however
all single items purchased will obtain discount. Further more,
this discount will be based on the total in your cart, including
the multi-buys.
Question: Your product pages have
changed since you introduced your improved discount options. Can
you explain what the price tables now mean?
Answer: Sure, I'll use a diagram to
help. The diagram is taken from the top of one of our product
pages. The first table shows all the options, both sizes and
flavours along with the price for a single item. The 'Add to
Cart' button will add a single product to the cart.
The second table shows the multi-buy prices.
The first row showing the prices for the 5Kg tub for a pack of
2, 3, 5 and 8, and the second row shows the same for the 1.5 kg
tub. The 'Add to Cart' button takes you to a page that allows
you to choose how many of each flavour you would like.
The third table shows the discount you will
obtain if you only buy 1 of this item, but your total spend
reaches £50, £75, £125, or £200.
