at all times, backed up by the most up to date and accurate supporting knowledge and information. We strive to constantly
revue the service we provide and as such our trading policy is subject to change.
2. Payment Methods and Payment Transactions

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer or
UK Postal Orders only.

All payments by debit/credit card for first time none UK
postcode billing and delivery addresses will be subject to
verification by email prior to shipping.

the billing address, or a verifiable business address, otherwise
these will be subject to verification by email prior to shipping.

All other forms of payment are made manually. You are given instruction
during the check out proccess. Goods are only shipped on confirmation
from our bank that payment has cleared.

We do not take payment for goods from your debit/credit card until the
point of shipping. If we are out of stock, or for any other reason cannot
ship your goods, we do not take payment.

Where your billing address does not match the banks records of your billing
address, or we are given confirmation that it does not match, we reserve the
right to decline payment. This may leave a 'ghost' transaction showing on your
account for up to 3 days.

Should you believe you have been overcharged, in that the total bill differs from
that shown in your shopping cart, you will be required to forward a copy of
your payment card statement. Your first step however, must be to complete an online
claim form, which can be accessed from the foot of our home page.
3. Sales Policies and Pricing

Credit/Debit card sales made on
the Internet are performed on a secure server, with
all data encrypted. Name and address details are retained purely for
our own information and are not given to any other
company under any circumstances.
- When you complete your details and the details of
the Goods which you wish to purchase and submit them
to us by clicking the 'Confirm Order' button, you
are offering to purchase the Goods at the price shown
on the Website in GB pounds Sterling subject to these
terms and conditions.
- In order to buy Goods from us through this Website
you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the
right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract
for the sale of Goods to you.
- All telephone orders will be submitted onto our
online system on your behalf, exactly as you would
place your order in person. This facility is for those
who do not have access to the internet. Telephone
orders may be subject to a delay of upto 24 hours
before submission.
- Payments will show up on your card statement as
either 'Linepick Ltd', 'Linepick Ltd T/A Bodyactive',
or as 'Bodyactive'.
- Bodyactive-Online.co.uk offer a 'price match promise',
where we shall strive to match the prices and service
of our competition at all times. If you have evidence
that can be verified by our staff, that an item you
desire is cheaper elsewhere under the same conditions
(including carriage and shipping terms and pricing)
then we shall match the price on an identical product
and order. Please make us aware of your wishes for
a price match by including the exact URL, where you
have seen the item cheaper, in the notes box of your
order.
- The contract shall be governed by English law and
we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of England and Wales. If you access the
Website from locations outside of England and Wales
you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable
to that territory.
- When ordering mail-order goods from Bodyactive for
delivery overseas, you may be subject to import restrictions and/or
duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches
your country.
It is your responsibility to provide any customs information required
and all risk associated with goods being seized or held by customs is at your own risk.
Also any additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by you. We have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country and you
should contact your local customs office for further
information. Additionally, when ordering from Bodyactive,
you are considered the importer and must comply with
all laws and regulations of the country in which you
are receiving the goods.
4. Delivery Policies
- For first time shipped orders, paid by debit/credit card, we reserve
the right to ship to the card holders billing address or work place address EVEN
where an alternate address is specified.
- When you provide a delivery address, you assume responsibility for the goods once
they have been signed for at that property, either by yourself or by any other person at
that address. Neither BodyActive, nor our couriers can
accept any liability for the loss, or disappearance of a delivery, once it has been signed
for. If you are not 100% confident that the persons in the delivery address will pass the goods
on to you, be aware that this done at your own risk.
- On subsequent orders, irrespective of payment
method, you may specify an alternative,
or preferred shipping address on successfully
receiving your first order. We reserve the right to
cancel orders that are being shipped to alternative
addresses if insufficient information is provided.
- It is your responsibility to select the correct DELIVERY OPTION
on our shopping cart page. This calculates your shipping fees. If
you select the wrong option, we reserve the right to change your shipping fee
without notice and charge accordingly. If this changes your total bill by more that
we will notify you and ask for your agreement prior to billing.
- If you chose the 'Call for a Quote' option on the shopping carts DELIVERY OPTION
we will email you the shipping fee prior to charging for the goods, unless shipping
can be charged at £5 or less, in which case we will adjust your bill and charge accordingly.
- Free 2 - 3 day delivery on orders over £30
- Delivery by 5:30pm, within 2 - 3 working days throughout
most of the British mainland for parcels 0 - 25 kg
and up to 4 cubic feet. This service is not guaranteed,
with an 97% strike rate for 2 - 3 working day delivery.
Please allow upto 3 working days. Any parcels not
delivered within this time should be reported as missing
to Bodyactive-Online.co.uk so that we can track down
any losses. Does not include Saturday deliveries.
Please make all claims for late or missing deliveries
from our online claims form, accessible from the homepage
of the website.
- Next Working Day Delivery is based upon standard
packages that do not exceed 25kg. Any packages exceeding
this weight may be subject to an additional surcharge
of £1.00. To benefit from a Next Working Day Delivery,
your order must be submitted online before the final
batch of processing at 3PM.
- BFPO deliveries (armed services only) are provided
on the same basis as the standard international delivery

- Guaranteed Next Working Day Deliveries (guaranteed
delivery before 9AM and 12Noon also available) can
be specified, and are only applicable to UK mainland
shipments. To specify this option, and/or to view

- Saturday deliveries (delivery on Saturdays between
9 and 5) throughout most of the British mainland for
parcels 0 - 25 kg and up to 4 cubic feet - are available
upon request and are subject to an additional fee.

- Deliveries to Northern Ireland are subject to an
additional charge and should be expected within 4

- Deliveries to destinations in Europe are subject
to an additional charge and should be expected usually
within 4 - 5 working days (includes Channel Isles).

here. Prices advertised are for standard packages
that do not exceed 25kg, including packaging material.
Any international orders exceeding 25kg, will be subjected
to a further surcharge, that will be negotiated before
payment taken.
- Same Day Deliveries where possible, can be arranged
at an additional cost. Please contact us by telephone
to arrange this on 0845 370 5470.
- Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched same
day, unless any item is out of stock, whilst orders
placed after 3pm may be despatched next working day.
Orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on
Monday. Orders should arrive within 24 hours, using
our premium delivery option, and 3-5 working days
on standard delivery. The delivery times quoted are
subject to stock availability. Maximum delivery time
will be 30 days.
- You are expected to be able to receive the delivery. Any order which is returned to us after a failed delivery
attempt by our couriers will be subject to a surcharge to cover the cost of return to ourselves and redelivery to you.
For UK deliveries this surcharge will be £8.99, but could be considerably more for none UK mainland deliveries.
- The Delivery Company will make one attempt to deliver
a Consignment during normal working hours. If the
Delivery Company cannot obtain a receipt at the relevant
delivery point it may attempt to deliver and obtain
an appropriate receipt at an address close to the
relevant delivery point and, if successful, the Company
will leave at the relevant delivery point details
of the address at which delivery has been effected.
If the Consignment has not been delivered, the Company
will return it to the Company's premises, after leaving
at the relevant delivery point a request for the consignee
to contact the Company to make alternative delivery
arrangements. If no such contact is made within a
reasonable time the Company will return the Consignment
to the consignor at the Customers cost.
- If, on attempting to deliver a Consignment to a
school on similar institution, the Company finds that
such school on institution is closed for holidays
or other reason, the Company may apply a storage charge
for retaining the Consignment at its premises and
shall be allowed a reasonable time to deliver the
Consignment once the school on institution re-opens.
- Delivery Restrictions – Deliveries within the time
scales specified for each service are restricted to
the British mainland, excluding some postcode areas
in Scotland. If you are in any doubt, please contact
Customer Services on 0845 370 5470 to check which
services are available for your delivery postcode.
- You can track the status of your order on line using
your customer order and reference code sent to you
via email upon placing your order.
5. Refunds, Claims and Returns
- Any home-shopping purchase(s) made online at Bodyactive-Online.co.uk
may be returned for refund within 7 working days of
receipt. This excludes all supplements, food bars,
drinks and periodicals. Videos supplied in a sealed
wrapper must be returned as such. It is your responsibility
to meet the cost of returning any goods to us. Please
note that you must complete a claim form, a link to which is on our
home page, prior to returning any goods. Refunds will
be issued within 30 days. This policy differs from
our store policy and applies only to our online shop

- We offer a ‘no quibble guarantee’ – should goods
be lost or damaged in transit, Body Active will replace
the items at the Company’s expense. Once signed for, the goods
become your responsibility, and no further liability can be accepted by the
company, other than if the goods are then found to be faulty.
- Faulty, or damaged, goods will be refunded, replaced
or repaired in line with your statutory rights. All
equipment is also subject to manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note that you must contact us, by telephone
or in writing, prior to returning any goods - 0845

form will also be required to be filled in and
emailed back to us, or authorised to be sent back
with your returned goods.
- Losses, Damages, Missing Items - should be reported
to Bodyactive-Online.co.uk immediately upon receipt
of your order.
- All missing deliveries, shortages or damages must be reported with
3 days of the delivery, or expected delivery, date of the goods.
6. Contributions, Content and Advice

The content, in terms of product information, is authored by a large number
of individuals. Whilst we give careful guidelines to these authors on what information
to provide, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Where you have specific needs of
a product we ask you to contact the manufacturer directly to avoid disappointment.

Any advice given on our website is part of a sales process and should be seen as such.
We do not give advice on a professional basis, are not qualified to give medical advice,
and we only provide information on the basis of our authors experience and feedback.
In all cases of begining exercise, changing exercise, changing your diet or taking sports

we consider being distasteful, offensive or inaccurate
will be removed immediately. Please notify us of
