Please refer to the table above and complete the relevant
sections. Once complete, click on the send button and the details will
be e-mailed to one of our team who will investigate your issue. You will
then be contacted to make suitable arrangements.

Please ensure you notify us of any damages, loss or errors within 7 days
of receipt of your order. Where returning goods, the order is required to be
returned in the original packaging, seals intact, unused and within 10 days.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Once your claim has
been processed, we will contact you and where appropriate arrange the collection
of the goods. Please refer to our terms and conditions for situation where we
will cover the cost of collection.
