| STEP 1 |

- Click on the My Account/Login button on the top right of each page, as indicated by the red arrow on the above image.

| STEP 2 |

- If you are already registered with us, then enter your registration details on the Returning Customer section, click on the Continue button and then continue from Step 4.
- If you have not registered with us, then enter your e-mail address details in the New Customer section, click on the Continue button and then continue from Step 3.

| STEP 3 |

- Enter a Password, your name and your preferred email address (this may be different from the one you use to log on with)
- The telephone number is optional
- Click on Continue
|

| STEP 4 |

- Click on the Select button indicated by the red arrow. This enables you to administer a new blog account, and can be used later if you wish to change any of the details in your Blog.

| STEP 5 |

- Enter your Blog Name. This does not have to be your own name, but can be a nickname or simply a title. Note: Your blog will be removed if you use the name to advertise your business
- Enter an e-mail address that people reading your blog can contact you on. This email is not shown to our visitors.
- Provide a description of your blog
- Click the Continue button.
- When prompted, click on the Retrun to Blog Admin phrase.

| STEP 6 |

- Click the Select button as indicated by the red arrow. This will enable you to enter personal information about yourself.

- You will be presented with a page consisting of two columns as shown above. Note that your columns will be blank the first time you visit this page.
- In the left hand column, define a feature about yourself, such as the examples shown above eg Height, Weight etc. You don't need to use the ones in the example, you can choose your own.
- In the right hand column you can give information about the feature in the left hand column. In the example above, 5 foot 6 has been written in the right hand column against Height.
- When you have finished click the Continue button.
- When prompted, click on the Retrun to Blog Admin phrase.

| STEP 8 |

- Click the Select button as indicated by the red arrow. This will enable you to submit a request to link images to your Blog.

| STEP 9 |

- This step is optional. If you do not complete it, your blog will show the default image.
- You can display up to 5 images of your choice on your blog.
- You will need the images in a form you can access on your computer. It is best if the images are square, as we crop them to 220x220 pixels in size.
- Name your images P1, P2 etc, and attach them to an e-mail addressed to 'Service@bodyactive-online.co.uk.
- The subject of your email must be the 5 digit number shown on your screen (point 3 on the image above).
- Click on Return to Blog Admin when complete.

| STEP 10 |

- At the foot of the Blog Admin page is a link to yur blog. By clicking on the link you will be taken to your blog, which will look something like the image above.
- If you sent images, these will be loaded within around 24 hours.
- Your blog is now available to use. You can add entries from the Administer Your Blog page, or by clicking on the Blog image on any of the product or article pages.
